The flat in the 2nd floor without elevator (42 m² with balcony) is located in central quiet and green. 5 minutes walk to the tram, which takes you to the center in 8 minutes. Free parking around the building. Microwave, tea, coffee and smoothie maker available. For babies (under 2 years) no bed and towel are provided! The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. Our apartment is perfectly located for travelers, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube Cycle Path) and vacationers. With your own Airbnb access to the apartment, privacy is ensured. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/day adults. Children up to the age of 15 are free.
