Durch seine zentrale Lage erreicht man in wenigen Minuten das Musiktheater, den Botanischen Garten, den Mariendom & die Landstraße. Nach einem anstrengenden Tag lädt der nahegelegene Park dazu ein, die Seele baumeln zu lassen & Ruhe zu finden. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind zu Fuß in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar. Der Hauptbahnhof ist 650 m entfernt.

Mini domek je v blízkosti malého rodinného statku, k němuž patří také malá včelí farma. Po domluvě je možná prohlídka včelí farmy a zakoupení místního medu, který je regionálním produktem. Okolí je ideální pro houbaření, cyklistiku, turistiku. Město Rožmberk nad Vltavou je jen 2,5 km daleko. Zde je možné navštívit hrad Rožmberk nebo si v letních měsících splout řeku Vltavu.

Our cottage

Naše chata je místem pro každého, kdo rád čerpá energii v přírodě - ať už v páru nebo v poklidné společnosti přátel a rodiny. Najdete ji v dubovo-borovicovém lese poblíž Borovan na jihu Čech v krásné přírodě nedaleko od Novohradských hor. I když to tak na první pohled nemusí vypadat, v okolí jsou sousedé, na které ale od chaty není vidět. Vychutnejte si posezení u praskajícího krbu s knihou a šálkem čaje nebo snídani na terase. V chatě není wifi, užijte si tak čas strávený opravdu spolu.

Our house is located directly on Linz's main square, Klosterstrasse 1. A beautiful old building and right next to our main house the Hauptplatz 23. The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is just as suitable for a business trip as it is for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at first sight. But the city is all the more beautiful. We are very happy to help with insider tips in various cultural areas or help with coworking, etc.

Lovely Tiny House surrounded by greenery - an oasis of peace! The extensively equipped accommodation is an ideal base camp for "expeditions" into the Mühlviertel and Linz region. This apartment is an ideal base for excursions by car, motorcycle, bicycle, mountain bike - close to Linz (20 min. by car). Fast WLAN, parking, private access, open fireplace outside and cozy pellet stove inside, the existing swimming pond can be shared.

IMPORTANT! The apartment has three rooms, but depending on the number of people who book, the bathrooms and rooms are unlocked. e.g. 2 people = double room. The apartment is located in a particularly beautiful and modern addition in the center of Linz. It is very spacious and has two balconies to a quiet courtyard and a terrace overlooking the city. Large glazing floods the apartment with plenty of light.

The cozy accommodation invites you to relax after an extensive walk in the woods or one of the numerous hiking routes in the nearby area. Our farm house ("Vierkanthof") is surrounded by fields, meadows and woods. The quaint apartment is absolutely quiet, yet very central (10 minutes to Wels and Grieskirchen, 25 to Linz, 1 hour to Salzburg, 2 hours to Vienna, 5 minutes to the next motorway drive and to Bad Schallerbach). Within walking distance there is the possibility to feed our sheep and chickens.

The Kernalm is located in one of the most forested areas in Upper Austria at 1000 m above sea level. Here you can also enjoy the feel-good climate in summer. In the attic is the sleeping area with its own toilet. From the roof terrace, you have a magnificent view over the 2 connected fish ponds. Parking spaces for cars, tents or campers are available.
