Das Studio ist brandneu und befindet sich in unserem Garten. Direkt angrenzend gibt es einen Solar beheizten Pool (April bis Oktober), welcher von Gästen gerne benutzt werden darf. Zudem können Gäste unsere Fasssauna (10 EUR/2h) nutzen. Dazu gibt es eine ganzjährig beheizte Außendusche. Die Tiny Garage wird mittels Fuß und Wandheizung versorgt. Fahrräder können von uns ausgeliehen werden um die Umgebung zu erkunden wie die niederländische Grenze sowie das Naturschutzgebiet Zwillbrocker Venn.

Mit inbegriffen ist das Frühstücksbuffet und die Nutzung des 24 Stunden Wohnzimmers mit Getränkebar, Suppen/Snackbar, der Gästeküche, dem Gästegrill sowie gratis Kaffee & Tee.

I am happy to welcome you to the beautiful Münsterland. For you + companion, the construction trailer is ready, which is located in the garden of a detached house. The location is absolutely quiet. You only hear nature here. Nevertheless, it is not far to the city center of Lüdinghausen at 1 km. Bäcker, Lidl and McDonald's are 400 meters away. Bicycles for a short trip to the city can be borrowed from us free of charge. Exciting excursion destinations are just a stone's throw away.

Quiet studio (2 people) with breakfast and rental bike

In a quiet residential street, a beautiful spacious studio on 2 levels with small kitchenette, bathroom with shower, WiFi, desk/LAN, sitting area; 2 single beds (possibly another sofa bed in the living/dining room.) We provide breakfast, you take care of the preparation. No TV in the studio. In two minutes walking to the bus stop and from there directly to the city center (about 14 minutes). It's faster by bike, which we will gladly lend you. On foot in about 25 minutes.

Du kannst hier in einem roten Zimmer wohnen. Es hat ein erhöhtes Bett mit Lampe. Ein Teil des Schranks ist für unser Gäste mit Mineralwasser und Handtüchern/Waschlappen sowie extra Decken Wir haben nun alles, auch das Bad oben erneuert bzw. renoviert, siehe Photos. Übrigens, Frühstück gibt es auch bei uns - im Preis inbegriffen! Die Waschmaschiene kann auch nach mehrtägiger Buchung (ab ca. 5 Tagen) mitbenutzt werden. Ansonsten extra Kosten pro Waschmaschienenladung

We offer a 12 sqm room for our guests from all over the world. The room also has a walk-in closet of approximately 2.5 square meters, separated by a glass door. It is located on the 1st floor of our house. A bathroom with bathtub and shower is at your disposal. In addition to the washing machine and dryer, our kitchen and living room with fireplace on the ground floor can also be used. On request, a varied breakfast is offered for an extra €10 per person.
