It is earthquake-resistant. It can accommodate 5 adults, and there is also a baby crib. The garden is for the exclusive use of our guests. There is a teakwood dining set in the garden. The house is equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils. You can enjoy preparing your meals, or if you prefer, you can walk to the bazaar, restaurants, etc., discover the historical character of the city, and enjoy the sea on its beautiful beaches.

I decorated the house myself, thinking about every detail, and I was always inspired by Ayvalık. My house, which makes you feel the atmosphere of the highlands, is in Ayvalık - Tıfıllar village. Although it is in the village, it is 18 km from Gömeç, 25 km from Cunda or 30 km from Sarımsaklı.

Our little house is located on the Bergama Kozak plateau, in the forest, within walking distance to the village. It is 30 km from the center of Ayvalık and Bergama. There is a 800 m2 fenced garden area for a comfortable time outdoors. There is a fire burning area in the garden and a playground with various ball playgrounds. In addition, our bungalow has its own garden jacuzzi for 4 people. Jacuzzi fee is extra, 1500 TL per day We look forward to an unforgettable holiday in touch with nature with your loved ones.
