If you want to take time for yourself and take a break from the chaos of the city, my house is just for you. The sense of peace provided by the calmness and ambiance will remain an unforgettable experience for you from your vacation. I decorated the house myself, thinking about every detail, and I was always inspired by Ayvalık. My house, which makes you feel the atmosphere of the highlands, is in Ayvalık - Tıfıllar village. Although it is in the village, it is 18 km from Gömeç, 25 km from Cunda or 30 km from Sarımsaklı.

Evimiz Ayvalık’ın merkezinde sit alanı içinde,çok konforlu bir evdir.Antika eşyalarla modern eşyalarla şık ve rahat bir mekan yaratılmıştır. Depreme dayanıklıdır. 5 yetişkin 1 de bebek yatağı bulunmaktadır. Bahçe misafirlerimize özeldir. Bahçede tik ağacından yemek grubu bulunmaktadır.Evde her türlü mutfak gereci bulunmaktadır. Keyifle yemeklerinizi yapabilir dilerseniz de yürüyerek çarşıya , lokantalara vb ulaşabilir, Kentin tarihi dokusunu keşfeder, güzel plajlarında deniz keyfi yaşarsınız.

Küçük evimiz Bergama Kozak yaylasında, orman içinde, köye yürüme mesafesindedir .Ayvalık ve Bergama merkeze 30km mesafededir. Açık havada rahat vakit geçirmek için 800 m2 çitle çevrili kendisine ait bahçe alanı bulunmaktadır. Bahçede ateş yakma alanı, çeşitli top oyun alanları ile çocuk parkı mevcuttur. Ayrıca bungalovumuzun kendisine ait 4 kişilik bahçe jakuzisi bulunmaktadır. Jakuzi ücretlendirmesi ekstradır, günlük 1500tl Sevdiklerinizle doğa ile iç içe unutulmaz bir tatil için bekleriz..

Our house is in the center; 200 meters from the beach, restaurants and cafes. Our mezzanine concept house, which we designed for your comfort, is ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small families. There are sitting areas on the patio where you can sip your morning coffee or have a pleasant time in the evenings. In winter, you can light a fire in the fire pit. Our house is comfortably heated with a floor heating system.
