The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. A cottage with a special location surrounded by water on 3 sides in the middle of Svendborgsund. The house has been modernized with a new kitchen and bathroom as well as post-insulation so that it can be used all year round. The bedroom is bedroom with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed in good quality with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning dip. The 36 m2 house is south-facing, so you can experience both sunrises and sunsets from the house.

Tiny house in the orchard

We have spent a long time renovating our little wooden house with upcycled building materials, decorated it with heirlooms and flea finds, and are now ready to have guests visit. The house is located in our orchard, close to nature, forests, good beaches, medieval villages, Fuglsang Art Museum and far from noise - with the exception of our quails and free-range silkie chickens, which may well go crazy once in a while. The house is 24 sqm in size, and also has a loft with enough beds for four people.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The property is located in a quiet area with a view of the fields and a view of the cows. There is a smaller kitchen with an electric cooker and a 1-burner mini stove. It is possible to set up a travel cot if there is 1 child traveling with you. We provide a travel cot, as well as duvets and pillows. If you're planning a trip, Nyk Falster and the Fuglesang Art Museum are located just 4 km (2.5 miles) away.

The accommodation is a basement apartment in an annex right next to our house. There are duvets, pillows, bed linens, and towels. TV ONLY has Cromecast. The home is close to Maribo Cathedral and Lake Maribo, which is a really nice place to walk by, with the beautiful green surroundings. It is about 500 meters to the supermarket and pedestrian street with shops. Many eateries. The host couple, Gitte and Kurt, live in the house next door.
