The queen size bed, its large south-facing terrace and the tranquility of the environment will charm you. The cottage is 5 km from the RN 165, 15 km from the entrance to Nantes, 40 km from the beaches of the Côte de Jade and 50 km from La Baule

In the Sebastiennais garden

Our independent house annex is set in the greened surroundings of our back garden. It is a small but well-equipped studio, and contains a kitchen and bathroom. You will have shared access to the annex from the gate to the main house, and then walk along the garden to get to your own private space. St-Sébastien-sur-Loire is right next to Nantes. Bus and tram services will get you to the centre of Nantes in about 20 minutes. It is a 15-minute cycle ride, or a 40-minute walk.

You will be in a cottage completely independent of the main accommodation in the heart of a wine village with garden and private parking. 30m2 accommodation with 1 bed 2 p in independent bedroom and 1 sofa bed 2 p in living room. Kitchen equipped with vitro hob, oven, microwave oven, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, sheets. NO TOWELS, heating, TV, wifi access. Toilet in shower room. Semi enclosed garden with garden furniture, table and chairs, barbecue. PETS NOT ALLOWED

Shared family garden, swing/trampoline in summer. 160 x 200 bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. Closed/secure parking (1 car). Extra sheets for €15/bed on request. Our house, built in 1928, went through a lot of work in 2020. We have created a two-room for you with access to our lovely garden (with trampoline for children). The accommodation can also be used as a place to work, in a very quiet and green environment (no traffic, residential environment). Wifi available, parking in front of the house, tram stop and shops (around the church) 3 minutes' walk and SNCF train station 15 minutes' walk.
