Nous vous accueillons dans ce logement insolite, situé en plein cœur du Marais Breton-Vendéen en zone Natura 2000, paradis des ornithologues. Idéalement situé entre Nantes, Noirmoutier et Pornic, vous profiterez de la nature et des grands espaces, dans le calme et la sérénité. La tente tipi, un espace cuisine, une douche et des toilettes sèches sont à votre disposition, à une centaine de mètres de notre habitation, isolés par un grand jardin et verger bio. Le confort est simple et champêtre.

Location minimum de 7 nuits en juillet/août, 5 nuits période vacances scolaires, 3 nuits WE avec jour férié, sinon 2 nuits . Propriété de 11 hectares située à 3´de Sautron, 15’ de Nantes et 45´ de La Baule et de ses plages. Elle est composée de 5 chambres, salon, salle à manger, billard, salon télévision et cuisine. Elle est équipée d'une piscine, d'un tennis, d'un étang et est entourée de bois. La maison n'est pas accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite (présence de marches et escaliers)

Situé au fond de notre jardin, l'accès est autonome et indépendant, le parking est sur place.

A stone's throw from the Bicloos station for those who like to combine sport and travel, for others, the tram takes you directly to the historic city center. The Erdre and its walks on foot or in a small electric boat (rental possible on sunny days on the Île de Versailles a stone's throw away) You will enjoy the wooden terrace where you can enjoy meals.

La propriété est située dans un cadre de verdure exceptionnel idéal pour se ressourcer, prendre le temps de lire ou de passer des soirées autour d'un feu de camp sous les sapins. Relaxez-vous avec jacuzzi. Il y a deux chats très affectueux qui partageront votre séjour. Le sous-sol est réservé également à de la location étudiante de temps en temps occupée.
