Easily accessible, it is located between Place Zola and Place Mellinet and will allow you to reach the heart of the city as well as the banks of the Loire in 5 minutes. The loft is located on the second floor of a former quilting fabric. Ideal for a professional or family stay, or with friends.

A stylish accommodation of 40 m2, peaceful and central, 10 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the castle. Close to shops. Loft on the 3rd floor without elevator at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac. The apartment is clear and bright. Many windows overlook the gardens and rooftops of the city. Sleeping is on the mezzanine. There are two mezzanines facing each other. No sofa, TV, or dishwasher. Simple and sober for a quiet stopover. (Not recommended for young children).

The studio must be left clean, otherwise, 45 euros for cleaning will be requested.
