Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Nashville

Christy's place at the The Vinyl is a great spot. We really enjoy this location and the ability to walk to several areas with live music and restaurants. The place was exactly as described, clean and easy to get to. We had one issue with an annoying renter next door partying a bit too much one night. Christy was very responsive and tracked down the issue as soon as she was made aware. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on a future visit.

Great location. I’m the city but a quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the Trolley. 10 min drive to Broadway, if that. 20 mins to the Opry. Comfortable bed!

Great location! It was super easy to check in and a lot of space for the price! It was close enough to broadway and the food assembly hall to walk comfortably. The showers were very nice and clean! Would definitely rent from Amanda again!

Easy to book, very clean and nice. Able to get in a little early since we had a wedding rehearsal. Nice location , quiet neighborhood, good parking. Grrat communication with the hosts. Would stay hete again.

Mark’s place was clearly one of if not the best locations we have ever rented. It was above and beyond expectations. The house was as described and more. Mark was extremely flexible with check-in and checkout. He is also a great resource for all things Nashville. In fact, we spent time with him on a daily basis, and he is incredibly interesting and delightful to converse with. We truly enjoyed his company. As for the house, we truly enjoyed our stay and felt at home. We have never stayed in a kitchen so fully stocked for those of us who enjoy cooking. The bedrooms and living room rooms are spread out, so everyone has their privacy. We utilize the back patio and fire pit on a daily and nightly basis. We will be planning another trip to Nashville soon and will be reaching out to Mark to stay at his place without question. I can’t recommend this location enough.

Our stay was great! I had no reason to reach out to Jamie because the description was so thorough! The only strange thing was that someone came during our stay to fix a door that was broken by the previous customers. I had never experienced that at another bnb, but they didn’t enter the space while we were occupying. They just asked to open the door so they can work on it from outside. Oh and it smelled like an old motel (not too bad though). Other than that strange encounter, we had no issue. (I still think it’s a 5-star stay though) We were so glad to have a usable kitchen complete with everything we needed to cook! They had waters in the fridge! Coffee and coffee pot, tea kettle and tea. So lovely! The area was quiet but active! It was lovely to see families walk around the neighborhood. They all seemed friendly. They seemed curious (quite a bit of staring of course they would be as we were unfamiliar faces/races) but they all waived and smiled when they stared.

We loved staying at Matt’s place! The location was great; in a quiet neighborhood that was a short Uber ride away from tourist attractions. The listing was as described and clean. Matt was super responsive and helpful!

The stay here was amazing. Isabeau and Shaun’s place was a great stay for my father who is in a power chair as it had an ADA shower and stairless entrance. They had all the amenities listed and everything needed on the first floor. The bedrooms, bathroom and laundry on the second floor were also well maintained with fans supplied for hot nights. They were very quick to respond and even allowed a package to be shipped to the property early and brought it inside once delivered. You can access additional information through the DACK app and they provide enough info through Airbnb messages.

We spent a week in their beautiful home and it was outstanding! If I had only one thing to suggest to make it better is if they had some cleaning supplies( mainly for the kitchen) As well as more dish towels and some dish cloths. Thank you Tyler and Josh for a wonderful stay!

And exceptional Airbnb! Much thought has gone into making your stay comfortable. There are plenty of towels and washcloths available. Baths have large bottles of shampoo and body wash, along with extras of paper towels and toilet paper. This is first Airbnb I’ve seen that actually furnished Lysol spray in the bathrooms! We found everything to be spic and span and in working order. We hope to stay there again!

Very cozy home, very close to the airport which is why we chose the location. Will return again!!

Hands down the best Airbnb experience I’ve had yet! Hilary went absolutely above and beyond for our stay and really made our experience one-of-a-kind! The house was PERFECT for our disco cowboy theme and definitely would recommend!

Nice place to stay. James is a great host. 4 adults all had a place to sleep which was our goal. Private parking area is tight. Towels and linens all appeared to be brand new. No complaints.

Walked in and everything was good and very presentable. There was extra towels and wash cloths. And Extra blankets! Very comfy and well kept.

Just gorgeous in the heart of downtown, the place is huge and walking distance to music row and the shopping disctrict
