The Nashville Nifty-now with kitchenette!

The Nifty is completely remodeled and has not been used for anything other than an Airbnb. It's style is cozy, comfortable and relaxed, light and airy. The flooring is gleaming hardwood with ceramic tile in the bathroom. The bathroom is small, but charming and pristine. You will enter the room from a deck that is yours to enjoy. It overlooks a very private back yard. You might want to enjoy the fire pit-please let me know and I will set it up. The room is suitable for up to 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child-there is one queen bed. I provide a TV with local antenna stations & Amazon FireStick for internet and streaming services access. PLUS wifi, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker with all the fixings. A closet for clothes and stashing other items and a washer and dryer are available for you to use. There is plenty of off street parking in my wide driveway. Please note: I have a Metro Nashville Short Term Rental permit. The Nifty is attached to my house but completely separate. Access to the rest of the house is not available, but I will be only a text or phone call away should you need anything or have any questions. Or come and pound on the front door! I live in the adjoining house so I'm available with a knock on the front door or a call or text. Inglewood is a quiet residential neighborhood on the northern side of East Nashville. There are several restaurants and pubs in Riverside Village, which is about a mile away. It's a short drive to hotspots and Five Points in East Nashville. Über and Lyft troll this neighborhood regularly and $12 or $15 will quickly get you most anywhere you want to go. NashvilleMTA.org is the website for bus service. A day pass is only $3.25! Most areas of interest are a short drive away if you come by car. This is a non-smoking suite, also no pets. I have 2 cats who are not allowed in The Nifty but may be lurking about. Mama, the tabby, is friendly. Myo, the calico, is starting to warm up to new people! Although you are unlikely to hear loud TV or music noises, The Nifty is attached to my house so you may hear some kitchen sounds or other signs of life. I try to be very considerate of my guests as I know it's important to get a good night's sleep for exploring Nashville!

The property is located on a wide street with sidewalks on both sides. It's directly across from a big green field that belongs to a local church. Kroger is about a quarter of a mile away, along with all kind of eateries and hot spots in Germantown, AND you can see part of the downtown skyline (famous AT&T Batman building included) from the south window! Walk, Uber, Drive, Bike Sleeper sofa linens, pillows, etc. will automatically be provided for parties of three or four. Can also be provided upon request for parties of two.

This newly renovated condo includes a living room full of windows and modern-rustic decorations with a pull out couch and a dining table, a patio with comfortable chairs and a table overlooking the courtyard, a fully-functional kitchen with a Keurig coffee-maker and complementary coffee, a comfortable bedroom and tiled bathroom, a washer and drier, and a closet pre-filled with board games for the whole family, all fully stocked with all the blankets and pillows you’d ever need. Guests are welcome to the entire condo and the designated parking space. I am available for questions by text or call, but otherwise I’ll give you space to enjoy your stay! This condo is in the middle of beautiful and historic Germantown, just a block away from First Tennessee Park, Tennessee Capitol, and the Nashville Farmer’s Market. This historic neighborhood couldn't be more convenient to the Nashville hotspots—it's right off the interstate yet tucked away to get that neighborly feel.
