Caroline was great. The place is small but as described and perfect for 1-2 people. I only stayed there to sleep and shower other than that I was out in the city. If you are looking for a quite and clean place, Caroline's is a great place to book

The space is super clean, very well-appointed, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. It felt safe and cozy from the moment we walked in. The location is perfect—just 11 minutes to Broadway and sightseeing, and only 15 minutes to BNA International Airport. Highly recommend this charming and comfortable home for your next Nashville trip!

The location couldn’t have been better; just minutes away from Nashville favorites like Chopper, Pearl Diver, and Snooze, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city without being in the thick of downtown traffic. The layout of the guest house was thoughtful and well-executed, offering comfort and privacy with an elevated sense of style. What really stood out, though, was the outdoor ambiance. The exterior space was beautifully maintained and gave off a calm, boutique-retreat vibe. The hot tub was a perfect way to unwind in the evenings; quiet, clean, and surrounded by a tranquil setting that felt like a hidden gem. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a great home base near East Nashville with top-tier outdoor vibes.

We stayed during the CMA Fest. Inna’s place is Beautiful. Exactly what the pictures show. Quiet neighborhood. Walkable to the Stadium and Broadway. Once you get out of the neighborhood it does get a little sketchy for a minute but we walked several times with no problems. So much room for everyone. I would definitely stay here again! We had an AMAZING Experience!!🩷

Perfect getaway Airbnb! Close to local spots and just a short ride to downtown Nashville. We enjoyed several of their suggestions. It was a hot weekend and the place was nice, cool, and comfortable.

This is our second time having the pleasure of staying with Kimberly at her lovely cottage! We love the beautiful & peaceful location. There are lots of great restaurants and bars in the area as well. It’s always a great place to land and rest! Clean and comfortable! We will return! 😊

The Treehouse was a perfect getaway for my anniversary! My wife and I loved the natural surroundings and the peace and quiet. Jen and Mike were very helpful, answering any questions we had and giving clear instructions on how to enter. I would love to come back and stay again!

Rented for my niece on her wedding night and they both loved it. They loved the chocolate covered strawberries left for them and it was very clean.

This cottage is very special !! Everything you need for a great stay is there plus extras !! We only had two night stay but we would have loved to stay longer. We love visiting Nashville and now found a new place to stay . We will definitly contact Cory first .

It’s the perfect retreat after a day exploring Nashville—spotless, beautifully decorated, and effortlessly cozy. Tucked away on a quiet dirt road with a backdrop of trees and a nearby pond, it feels both rustic and restorative. The loft overlooks rolling farmland where animals graze, and the stillness of the evenings is soul-soothing. Morning coffee on the deck gives a tranquil start to the day. The host clearly takes pride in creating a warm, welcoming experience. Thoughtful touches like inspirational Bible verses add a sense of peace and purpose, and the host’s genuine Southern hospitality makes you feel more like a guest than just a visitor. Every detail is clearly considered, and it shows. We already can’t wait to come back!!

Absolutely stunning place with an incredible deck out the back overlooking a beautiful forest. The inside was great and Mike has done really well giving the place a warm cozy feel. Will definitely keep in mind next time we are in the area!

Such a great and unique stay! It felt like a homefelt Tennessee southern stay, nestled in the hillside. We were greeted by the goats and enjoyed the eggs by their chickens. Quiet, private and restful. If you like R&R, this jacuzzi tub view and experience is one you don't want to miss. 💕
