Welcome to Southern Charm This beautifully remodeled studio is located just minutes from Downtown Nashville. Located in a vintage 1950’s motel, nestled between trendy new construction, the neighborhood is growing with lots of fabulous local restaurants and bars within walking distance. Southern Charm is located on the 2nd floor of the 2 story building. There is a one and a half flight of stairs to access our studio (No Elevators). Please keep in mind that our building is a 1950 motel that may be starting to show its age but the charm and character still remain. Once inside Southern Charm you will experience the feel of an upscale, urban flat with all modern upgrades. We also have complimentary parking! One car per studio. The parking lot can get a little full during our most busiest events in Nashville, and in that situation we have an overflow location. Please contact us to get more info if this occurs during your stay. Please be respectful of our quiet hours, between 10pm and 8am. We are in a growing neighborhood with lots of movement and energy. You may hear a little street noise from time to time from city traffic, and you will have neighbors below and on both sides. Please enjoy the quaint and charming pool open from Memorial Day to Labor Day (flight of steps to access, No Elevator). Southern Charm has a no pet policy (we love them but the complex does not allow). Southern Charm is a strictly NON SMOKING vacation rental. Nashville is a wonderful city. We are Nashvillians born and raised. With so much in walking distance and just a short Uber to downtown attractions, we are sure you’re going to love your stay! 5 minutes - Downtown Nashville (Titans, Predators, Broadway, Ryman) 4 minutes- Vanderbilt and Belmont 3 minutes- Sutler and ML Rose and Craft Brewed 2 minutes- great food (Mexican, Hot Chicken) 1 minute- liquor store Free parking and pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day). Laundry room ( self pay and be sure to bring your own detergent) We are born and raised Nashvillians that live in walking distance to Southern Charm. We know pretty much everything about Nashville and can answer or find out questions you may have. The property is convenient to everything and everywhere in Nashville, and is walking distance from 12th South and Melrose. It is also just minutes to Hillsboro Village, The Gulch, and downtown with its music, bars, and restaurants. Southern Charm is located in a great area and close to everything you would want to see. Uber and Lyft can have you minutes from destinations where driving may be required. Bike rental stations and scooter rentals can easily be used for closer destinations. Many wonderful local restaurants and craft bars in walking distance. Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 11am. Southern Charm has a keyless entry lock. We are strictly a NON SMOKING vacation rental. We love pets but have a no pet policy.

Follow the private pathway to the side entry, and enter a sun-filled suite blending rustic and trendy touches. Watch Netflix and Hulu on the wide-screen smart TV, and rest comfortably on the queen-size memory foam mattress. Conveniently located just 10 minutes from downtown, you get the best of both worlds being both close to all the action, and tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood. Great care has been taken to curate a relaxing and comfortable space for our guests with considerable attention paid to the little things that make you feel at home at the Fox Den. A private pathway will lead you to your front door! Recently renovated, our guest suite has been thoughtfully mapped out to ensure our guests' comfort and relaxation! Modern touches and trendy decor are found throughout. Grab a fantastic night's sleep on a brand new memory-foam queen mattress with premium bedding. The couch does pull out to a full sized bed, premium linens for the sofa-bed are provided with your stay. Our suite has a large flat screen equipped with Netflix, Hulu and other streaming services, easily accessed with our speedy wifi. We have an HVAC system, but have also provided a space heater and an air conditioning unit, should you need to adjust your temperature further. Our bathroom and kitchen are stocked with necessities, if there is anything specific you'll need for your stay, feel free to get in touch and we will try our best to accommodate you. Guests have access to a large suite that is attached to the house but with separate entrance and no access to the main house. Keyless entry ensures an easy check in! We live adjacent to the unit, so we can meet you to get you checked in and we're available any time if you have any questions or issues during your stay. Although we're close by, we're careful to make sure you have privacy to enjoy yourself during your stay. The setting is a quiet street in hip East Nashville that's just a very short walk to local restaurants, bars, and peaceful parks. Drive 10 minutes to downtown, Bridgestone Arena, and the honkytonks of Broadway, with Five Points closer still. Uber is your best bet from our neighborhood, an average trip downtown is around $10, and less to Five Points. The setting is a quiet street in hip East Nashville that's just a very short walk to local restaurants, bars, and peaceful parks. A short ten-minute drive to downtown, Bridgestone Arena, and the honky-tonks of Lower Broadway, with Five Points closer still. We're also only twenty minutes from Nashville International Airport. Lucinda's House at Historic Idlewild is a unique place to get away from it all. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub to relax a little more. This is a 2 person maximum stay- not suitable for children, we do not host pets. This original tiny house has no separate bedrooms. Great relaxing get away for couples or a small group up to 4 people. Indulge yourself with our special handmade soaps and all cotton linens. Lucinda is set on the back of the 2 acre Historic Home Stay property behind the Robert Chadwell - Idlewild home. We are home most of the time. We can refresh your cooler with ice from the main house, offer local advice or just let you enjoy your stay. The cottage is in Madison, an area rich in music history. It was the go-to location for country music stars of the 1950s and 60s. Visit nearby Amqui Train Station, which was saved by Johnny Cash, and the Carter Family home. Madison is part of Metro Nashville, 7 miles from downtown, 3 miles from hip East Nashville. Yazoo Brewery is 2 miles away on Myatt Dr. We are on transportation bus line. All ride services are available to area. We have ample off street parking. We are located 1 mile down Neelys Bend Rd off Gallatin Pike. We are near I 65- off Old Hickory Blvd or Briley Parkway at Gallatin Pike near the National Cemetery. We are a quick 15 minutes from BNA- Nashville International Airport. Take the local's short cut up Ellington Parkway to get downtown in 10 minutes. Located 10 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from miles of walking trails in Peeler Park in Neelys Bend on the Cumberland river.

Cozy Industrial Cottage in the Nations near Downtown - C

Sip your morning coffee on the sunny front deck or lounge on the spacious sectional sofa of this Cozy Industrial Cottage. The “Industrial” is a reference to the neighbourhood’s past & a funky metal feature wall in the living room is a nod to that history. The remaining decor is a charming mix of old & new with bedroom decor that soothes the senses. The Tree Room features restful green tones & wood elements while The Sea Room's relaxing aqua tones & seaside theme are sure to please. This duplex cottage is ideally suited for 4 guests but an additional 2 adults or children can be accommodated on an inflatable mattress provided and/or couch. If you have a larger party, rent both Unit B and C. The units share a large deck for outdoor relaxation and gatherings. There will be a lock box on site and an email prior to check in will be sent with lock box code We live just a few blocks away and can be available if problems or issues arise. This hip neighborhood is 6.4 miles from Bridgestone & the action-packed excitement of the downtown nightlife. An assortment of wonderful local dining options & coffee shops are available right in the immediate neighborhood. Approx. Uber rates are: airport $26, Bridgestone Arena - $15, Tootsie's & Broadway bars -$15. Note - Uber rates vary w demand, Ride Type & these are estimates only. (Drive time to downtown is between 10 - 15 min. based on traffic) Getting around is super easy with Uber and Lyft. A trip downtown will run between $7 to $10 and can be even cheaper if you select the "shared option" on Lyft. Also, Lime and Byrd Scooters are placed through-out the neighborhood for quick jaunts or just for fun. If you prefer to walk, The Nations has a good deal of sidewalks but they are not everywhere. You will likely want to take a really short Lyft or Uber to the brew pubs and coffee shops, though there is a corner store less than a block away that you can walk to to pick up sodas, beer, snacks etc. Bike rentals are also available nearby at Charlotte Avenue and 46th.

This Germantown Gem has Mid-century Boho vibes in a clean, airy, and cozy apartment. This space was designed with lots of intention placing high priority on comfort, flow, convenience, and relaxation. Unwind in the extra wide soaking tub, rest your bones on the comfy layers of extra-clean bedding, have an epic game night, or just Netflix and chill after a long day of exploring. Short term rental permit: 2O18STRO59799 This apartment is the front unit of a one-story triplex home. There are long-term renters in the middle unit and we live in the back unit with our two babies. We love it here and hope you enjoy it, too! Outdoor space, front & backyard, is shared. This little gem of a home is perfectly located in the dreamiest of Nashville neighborhoods. Germantown is historic, hipster, food-centric, mural-filled, fun, people-watching at its best, truly walkable with a downtown skyline view from all the tree-lined sidewalks. You'll find beautiful historic homes, boutiques, restaurants, bars, yoga studios, hair and nail salons, spas, a grocery store, and lots of personality in this jam-packed little neighborhood! There are plenty of bus stops nearby, but Nashville really doesn't have the best public transit. We recommend using Uber/Lyft (about $7 to get to the honky tonks downtown). Bird/Lime Scooters are very inexpensive and are all over our neighborhood (~$3 to get broadway/riverfront). B cycle bike rentals are also inexpensive and available for rent nearby at the corner of 5th Ave N and Monroe St. Lastly, this neighborhood is just 6 square blocks and makes for a lovely mid-afternoon stroll. Please keep in mind that although this apartment can sleep 6 easily, there is only one bathroom.
