The Historic East Nashville Birdhouse
Pick out a record to play on the turntable at this 1921 vintage Victorian house. Step back in time in a renovated space filled with art, instruments, and pieces from far away places contrasted with modern appliances and eclectic furniture. Here is a 3D scan link of our Birdhouse: https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=sGqo3bCdNRn Our sleeping arrangements goes as follows: 1 queen bed in the master bedroom (sleeps 2) 1 full bed in the 2nd bedroom (sleeps 2) 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom (sleeps 1 each) 2 twin-size couches in the living room (sleeps 1 each) There is so much history, color and life that you can feel in this sacred space. After 15 years of working as a singer/songwriter and touring/recording musician, this home was the greatest and most beloved milestone of my young career. I spent my most inspiring creative musical hours here, along with warm sparkling spiced christmas parties and music jams with close friends. It began to feel like a gorgeous and grainy, old wooden instrument. Absorbing and resonating all the sweet sounds from almost 100 years past. I stayed true to the quirky squeak and creak- personality of this "old timer-charm" home, as a friend of mine would say. I hope with all my heart you enjoy it as well, like your favorite pair of beautifully weathered blue jeans. With all the new neighbors rushing into this newly booming area, the off street parking is becoming quite the luxury as well. Plug in and try out the instruments on the walls, if you're feeling inspired or even just curious. Walk to all the wonderful new foodie-approved joints close by. Give my sweet neighbors a wave on your way. They're all pretty amazing. Enjoy!. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The full house. You can always call or text us with any questions. This beloved house is located in East Nashville. The area is quiet and still boasts access to downtown just a short six-minute drive away. Venture down and discover iconic bars, restaurants, and music spots. The house is a 10 minute walk away from a bicycle rental. If you'd like to spend more time in our beloved home, we offer late checkout and early check-in for an extra fee. Just message us to set it up.

An assortment of wonderful local dining options & coffee shops are available right in the immediate neighborhood. Approx. Uber rates are: airport $26, Bridgestone Arena - $15, Tootsie's & Broadway bars -$15. Note - Uber rates vary w demand, Ride Type & these are estimates only. (Drive time to downtown is between 10 - 15 min. based on traffic) Getting around is super easy with Uber and Lyft. Also, Lime and Byrd Scooters are placed through-out the neighborhood for quick jaunts or just for fun. If you prefer to walk, The Nations has a good deal of sidewalks but they are not everywhere. Stay in Style Where the Musicians Live
Settle back on modernist furniture amid the colorful, spacious living environment of this tastefully designed home. Catch a favorite movie on the extra-large TV with Sonos surround sound. Or maybe cook up something tasty in the gourmet kitchen. Nashville Permit 2/0/1/6/2/3/8/1/3 This newly constructed townhouse in the hills of East Nashville would be comfortable on the streets of San Francisco. Modern architecture and professional design combine to create an interesting and colorful space. Tall ceilings on the first floor and an open floor plan have the living room, dining room and kitchen flow together in an inviting space. The first floor queen bedroom and bath provides easy access to all these amenities. You will enjoy the new queen platform memory foam bed and the separate private bath with a tall shower. You will also have access to the gourmet kitchen, dining room and living room should you care to cook a meal instead of enjoying the restaurants of Five Points or the rest of Nashville. I strive to have good communication during the booking process and in advance of the stay. While you enjoy my home, I am available as needed to help make your stay in Nashville as comfortable as possible. East Nashville is famous for being the place where yet-to-be famous musicians and actors live. It's also favored by young professionals, artists, and hipsters. Plus it's easily walkable, with many attractive restaurants and bars in Five Points. A main commuter bus route into downtown Nashville is just a block away on Shelby Avenue. We have plenty of on-street parking (and some off-street parking may be available upon request). All taxes are included in the price quoted and are collected by Airbnb.
The Amethyst. Beautiful and Walkable to Cafes, Shops, Bars
This Germantown Gem has Mid-century Boho vibes in a clean, airy, and cozy apartment. This space was designed with lots of intention placing high priority on comfort, flow, convenience, and relaxation. Unwind in the extra wide soaking tub, rest your bones on the comfy layers of extra-clean bedding, have an epic game night, or just Netflix and chill after a long day of exploring. Short term rental permit: 2O18STRO59799 This apartment is the front unit of a one-story triplex home. There are long-term renters in the middle unit and we live in the back unit with our two babies. We love it here and hope you enjoy it, too! Outdoor space, front & backyard, is shared. This little gem of a home is perfectly located in the dreamiest of Nashville neighborhoods. Germantown is historic, hipster, food-centric, mural-filled, fun, people-watching at its best, truly walkable with a downtown skyline view from all the tree-lined sidewalks. You'll find beautiful historic homes, boutiques, restaurants, bars, yoga studios, hair and nail salons, spas, a grocery store, and lots of personality in this jam-packed little neighborhood! There are plenty of bus stops nearby, but Nashville really doesn't have the best public transit. We recommend using Uber/Lyft (about $7 to get to the honky tonks downtown). Bird/Lime Scooters are very inexpensive and are all over our neighborhood (~$3 to get broadway/riverfront). B cycle bike rentals are also inexpensive and available for rent nearby at the corner of 5th Ave N and Monroe St. Lastly, this neighborhood is just 6 square blocks and makes for a lovely mid-afternoon stroll. Please keep in mind that although this apartment can sleep 6 easily, there is only one bathroom.
