5 Stars - An Unforgettable Stay! I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Andrew and Rachel’s 1-bedroom Airbnb and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully curated to create a perfect home-away-from-home experience. The space itself was immaculate, stylish, and cozy. The tasteful decor exuded modern charm while maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere. I immediately felt at ease the moment I stepped inside. The bed was incredibly comfortable—seriously, I’ve never slept so soundly in an Airbnb! And the bathroom? It felt like a spa retreat with plush towels and high-end toiletries that made me feel pampered every day. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the incredible hospitality from Andrew and Rachel. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed! Thank you so much and I cannot wait to stay again!

The home was located in the heart of the 12th avenue district of Nashville. it was close to all the bars, shops, and restaurants. Although the home was walking distance, it was far enough away to escape the noise and have some privacy. The parking was an added bonus as this seems to be a premium anywhere around the 12th avenue district (during peak times). We were also very grateful to have a responsive host for recommendations, etc.

Great visit. Clean and quiet. I had a question fairly late in the evening and received an answer within a minute or so, very responsive.

This carriage house is the best place to stay if visiting East Nashville OR if basing out of there to see all of Nashville! It's located above Molly's garage in an adorable neighborhood that's seamlessly flows into other historic neighborhoods. There are so many things close by, and Molly has great recommendations for local, walkable spots for food, etc. Getting in the car is easy if wanting to go into the city or other areas of Nashville, as well. Molly is a great host with excellent communication! The carriage house is designed with so many things in mind and the beds are quite comfortable. It is meticulously clean and we found parking to be very easy (& free) on nearby Scott Ave. If you like walkable neighborhoods, with timeless, bungalow charm, great coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and vintage clothing stores/unique home shops, this is the place for you! Greenery abounds in all directions, as well, and there wasn't an unfriendly person anywhere!

Since we weren't staying for long, it was perfect for our weekend getaway. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect for where we wanted to go. If you're staying for a short time, I highly recommend.

Quaint, quiet, and close to downtown. This place was perfect for a fun weekend in Nashville to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Super easy to drive or take an uber around town and plenty of nice restaurants close by as well. Greg was a great host and the historic vibe of the place and neighborhood is charming.

Simply sensational! Better than the pictures! Great location, stores, bakeries and restaurants all around! The house is extremely clean, well equipped, the bed and pillows comfortable... It's worth every penny! In fact, I'll be back!

I really loved the studio apartment it was well designed, modern and just enough space for 1 or 2 people it's attractive, located close to 12 South and other areas parking either in the garage or in front of it sideways on the pad the alley is a Lil tricky to find but basically right beside 1606 Cedar lane and lucky for me the owner was working in the yard when I arrived beautiful neighborhood too... I was only there two nights but next time I come to Nashville I hope to stay longer and would definitely stay at the studio again very pleased

There’s only a handful of houses in the world that can say “we are one block from the Square in Franklin”. This is one of them. Liz’s place is not only perfect location wise, it’s perfect in every other way too. Clean, fantastic amenities, immaculate. I could go on and on, but I’ll spare you. It speaks for itself.

Devon was a great host, she was very communicative throughout the entire process from booking to checking out. The place was just what we needed for a quick trip

This cottage is an absolute gem. It’s so lovely and relaxing - extremely quiet and the garden is gorgeous. Perfect for one or two, the place is well equipped and the bed was so comfortable!! I stayed for 10 days and hated to leave. William was incredibly communicative and his response time for questions for so quick. A great experience all around and I look forward to my next trip!

Exceptional private apartment above the detached garage. Listing pictures are accurate. Really nice layout with anything you could need. The feel and craftsmanship of the entire place can be seen and felt, the kitchen and bathroom are exceptionally well done. The provided oscillating fan and Dyson vacuum were nice to be able to use as well. Beautiful neighborhood with charming homes, felt completely safe and was very quiet. If you’re driving anything larger than a midsize SUV, you will need to park in the front of the hosts home, the provided parking in the rear at the garage is a bit tight.

Colin was such a great host. He gave us so many great recommendations, as if we had our very own travel agent. The home was in a perfect location, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown and Broadway, but close and walkable to some great, low key finds for music, drinks and fabulous food. we highly recommend this stay!

This was a fantastic AirBnB. If anything, the pictures don't do it justice. It's very comfortable. Three smart TVs, so everyone can watch what they want. The best thing was that it was only a couple blocks away from a beautiful shopping/dining area on 12th Street, which was fantastic. Highly recommended.

Quick overnight stay, located in a quiet residential neighborhood but close to Vanderbilt, nice restaurants and shopping. The apartment is in the back yard of a larger home, very safe and private. Bed super comfy and shower was great. Would like to go back and stay longer to explore the area.

We loved our stay here! It was such a quiet place, but so close to Broadway. Lyft was easily accessible, and we would love to come back!

Jon was an excellent host and has a great place to stay at for anyone who wants to visit Nashville but sty outside of the city. Jon is very responsive and is able to help with any needs that you may have during your stay. The apartment has everything you might need. The space is the perfect size for a getaway to Nashville for two people. Ubers/Lyfts are reasonable and it is only a 10-15 min drive into the city. I would highly recommend Jon’s place, and it is steal of a price!

Great place to stay! Was in town for work and this spot was conveniently located, so comfortable and tucked away for peaceful nights sleep. Communication was seamless and I’d recommend Erin’s place to all.

our stay was so much better than expected. The guesthouse was very clean and beautiful. The campsite to the side was a very cool addition. we had fun roasting smores and talking by the campfire. The hot tub was a surreal. I did not want to leave it 😂 the bed was extremely comfy. way better than my own lol I definitely will come again. 10/10

We stayed here for two nights and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house was spotless, peaceful, and felt like a true home away from home. One of the biggest highlights for me was the yard—it’s spacious, well-kept, and completely fenced in, which was perfect for my dog to run around safely. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe, which made it easy to relax and unwind. Whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with a pet, this place checks all the boxes. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Judy/Mike's AirBnB was wonderful. Judy was very attentive. The place itself was clean, quiet and comfortable. The location is ideal as it is near Vanderbilt and Belmont. Short drive to downtown and walkable, if you choose. No issues with parking. We would stay there again and would highly recommend.

This was my 2nd stay here. Location is very convenient to Franklin and Brentwood. It is a very peaceful setting and neighborhood. You don't hear traffic noise from Hillsboro Road. I felt like I was out in the country. Mark is a wonderful host who has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Plus he responds very quickly if you need him.

this is a very clean lovely place very close to all the shops and restaurants that 12 south has to offer. The cottage is exactly as described with a very comfy bed and a surprisingly comfy sofa bed. The bathroom is well stocked and the place has good storage for clothes and suitcases. We would up taking a ton of ubers as the bus service in the area was spotty at best. The unit does have a parking spot but i didn’t want to rent a car. In hindsight i would probably rent a car if i returned. The entrance to the unit is tricky to find if you are coming by uber. Best to enter 2088 12th ave as it’s much closer to the cottage than is the actual address.

Kate’s space was very peaceful, calm, cozy and spacious, exactly what we were looking for. The bonus was how green the surrounding area is with many beautiful old trees. Plus, she was very responsive and checked in with us at appropriate times to make sure we had everything we needed. A very nice experience. We will be sure to be back.
