Family-friendly holiday rentals in Natzaret, Poblats Marítims

We stayed here for 3 nights with young family (boys 11 and 8 years old). The place had a lot of things that kept the boys engaged and entertained. From animals like rabbits, bicycles to sports basketball, tennis, swimming pool etc etc Overall the experience was great. I had a conference to attend in Valencia, which meant the place had enough to keep the children busy. Staff were very responsive with multiple people available on phone, with quick responses. The facility is a bit aged and could do with some repairs. However the fact that it kept children engaged more than made up for age. Fantastic team!! Well done!!

A nice and cozy little house. The hot tub is ideal for relaxing. It's the perfect place if you're looking to disconnect and rest. In addition to having hiking trails, which is what we like.

A wonderful house. Beautiful, very clean and very quiet. In an incredible natural setting Marga, the hostess is charming and has been attentive to everything. 100% recommended. Looking forward to coming back soon

We loved our stay - the house is perfectly equipped, beautiful and comfortable. There were plenty of places to gather but we could also spread out. Rosana’s recommendations improved our experience and she was super helpful and responsive. We highly recommend her place and would definitely stay there again.

Justo's apartment was love at first sight and did not disappoint. In addition to all the amenities it offers, it has a piano in the living room, which for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind with his space, he shares his home and his belongings as if his guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. He welcomed us with an appetizer upon arrival and was in touch prior to each moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full bathrooms in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. He leaves you beach items, space in his cupboards. It has filtered water in the tap, which seems like a gimmick but greatly helps with daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Sciences and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that there is an odor issue when operating the main bathroom, but I fear that it is a generalized issue in Valencia and not specific to the apartment)

Location is perfect- good distance from park and 1 min from metro. Easy to get from airport. Pool is working and clean! Near good restaurants (we liked zazu) and consum and even mediamarket.

Everything very correct and according to the description, central location and 3 min walk from the beach. With good air conditioning for summer, parking in the basement ideal for the summer season, in the warehouse it is usually difficult to park. Wifi great...! Enjoy your stay!!!!

A lovely place to stay, great facilities and an amazing large roof terrace. Really quiet and a lovely location. It's Just a few minutes walk from the 16 bus route, which goes straight into the centre of Valencia. There is a large supermarket just 5 minutes walk away and a trolley in the apartment to help carry your shopping back. The Metro line 3 is a further walk away about 25minutes walk to the nearest station. Its a great place to stay.

I stayed a week while visiting my son. It was a wonderful experience. The apartment is fantastic and the square is an oasis in the middle of busy place del carmen.

We had a great stay! Great location with easy access to restaurants, shops, cafes, etc. Loved the church bells! And the terrace. Absolutely recommend!

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

The apartment is beautiful, I felt right at home! It’s a nice mix of the old tiles and wooden beams with the new appliances and furniture. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for me: a short walk takes you either to the hip and bustling Ruzafa neighborhood with lots of cafes and restaurants, or to the Túria park for some running or yoga 🧘🏻 I will be back!

The stay in this beautiful apartment was fantastic for us. If you have any questions, you will always be helped, the bathroom and the apartment were clean and without sand (despite the proximity to the beach). The view is great and the way to the sea is done in 2 minutes.

What a wonderful stay we had in Rita's apartment with our 2 year old child. We felt really at home and the location couldn't be better. A playground right in front of the building, a supermarket and restaurants as close as possie, and everything in the city walkable or by metro with a close by station. Communication with Rita was perfect, she always answered fast and had tips for us. We recommend this to anyone, with or without a child.

We had a great time at Santiago’s place! The house is right next to the beach with restaurants and bars nearby. You can easily take the bus or tram (or uber) to the city center. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of 10. The pool was in perfect conditions and great place to refresh after a warm day. Everything needed to cook and clean the house was available. Santiago is also very responsive and friendly. We had some troubles connecting to the WiFi, but other than that everything else was perfect! Thank you for the great stay!

Great hostess, very clean apartment! Maria responds quickly to questions. I was there with my two daughters, 7 and 9 years old. Good restaurants are (mostly) within walking distance! There is no subway connection. The city can be reached by bus or, as we had, by car in 20 minutes. Large supermarket 1 km away. There are no souvenirs or other shopping options, but if you want that, you can go to the city anyway. The beach is beautiful and never crowded. Almost everything is available in the apartment (parasol for the beach, beach towels, washing machine, etc.). Hand washing is required for the dishes, as there is no dishwasher available. However, flushing utensils are also available. Upon the 1st entry into the apartment, we immediately felt comfortable! We were thoroughly satisfied, and would definitely come back at any time 🥰👍

My family really enjoyed a relaxing stay at Enrique's place! It is located steps away from the beach with stunning views, lots of rooms for everyone, clean, well-decorated, free parking, easy access to shopping and restaurants...Furthermore, Enrique is always quick to respond and very helpful. I will highly recommend!

John himself is such a lovely man, more than helpful and super responsive any time of day. The apartment is spacious and equip with what's needed for a self catering stay. The complex is brilliant and perfect for families, secure and safe with paddle courts, play area and pool etc. Only downside for us was the location, we'd have preferred to be closer to shops, bars and touristy attractions. However these were only a bus ride away and John was brilliant in advising us. Although unable to read Spanish we had no idea supermarkets and shops were closed on Sundays unless you go to central Valencia where the really touristy parts are😅 Overall lovely host, reasonable apartment and complex. Perfect for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of a busy/loud touristy area.

Very good stay in Roberto's apartment. Both he and his father have been attentive to everything we have needed. The apartment is great, with a beautiful and quiet beach nearby, the apartment has phenomenal views of the coast

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to others, clean and modern apartment right next to Patacona beach. The flat looks better than the photos show. Great pool which wasn’t even cold in May, loads of playgrounds nearby for kids. Easy bus into town or if you’re feeling lazy like us one can get quick uber into the centre of town for only €8. Proactive host was very responsive. We would stay again, thank you!

Ideal base for a holiday where you want to combine city and beach! Very nice and complete apartment only 5 min walk from Patacona beach. A spacious, nice and reasonably quiet beach, where many locals also come. Eating places on the beach and some in the neighborhood. In the summer, there are a few beach bars (chiringuito's). Cozy atmosphere! For a visit to the city, you can use public transport (especially the bus, which runs very regularly and nearby, travel time 45-60 minutes to the center). However, we rented bicycles for us with our daughter on the back. So we had all the time and flexibility. It is nice to cycle to the center along the boulevards of the beaches of Valencia and through the Turiapark. You can also expect 45-60 min travel time (without stops). There are many bike paths and reasonably well signposted in Valencia. And the city is flat. Cycling is really fun and very easy to do from the apartment. We placed the bikes in the underground garage.

My stay at Mathilde and Elias' house was simply wonderful. The house is very quiet, comfortable and perfectly equipped to accommodate six people. It is well located and easy to find. But what made this experience really special was Elias's kindness: I have rarely met someone so attentive and pleasant. She welcomed us with sweets, juices, and milk, which was a much appreciated gesture. I will definitely be back. Thanks for everything!
