The stylish 50 sqm apartment is newly renovated and is located in the basement of our residential building. We also offer all our guests a gym and sauna use in the fitness park Vitalis (700 meters).

Depending on the number of guests (max. 7 guests), the three bedrooms are made available. As standard, one bedroom is available for double occupancy. You can also book two bedrooms by arrangement. With a desk each, you can work relaxed here. From the 3rd guest onwards I charge €50 per guest per night.

The famous blue tower can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot and the river (Neckar) can also be reached on foot within a few minutes.
