Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Nettuno

The area is quiet and quite enjoyable. Claudia is a very nice host and was always prompt and welcoming. We had a wonderful time.

Top vacations, we stayed in this beautiful villa. Large with lots of beds, two bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi. Very large garden. Behind the house a very large but above all fenced field, for those like us who travel with dogs is the ideal place. Everything is well cared for and a garden available with lots of tomatoes, vegetables and fresh basil. In the evening we always had dinner on the porch behind the villa where we enjoyed the cool evening. Unfortunately, we did not meet him in person, but we were always in touch by phone and he was very attentive to our stay. We'll definitely be back. There were 6 of us and two dogs and the rooms were advancing. Negative note, when you leave you miss the house. Thank you Paolo

Beautiful house on 2 floors, in a super quiet area, excellent value for money. Marco is a very kind host and quick to respond... we will definitely come back when we return to the area!!!

It was a short but wonderful stay, we absolutely recommend this place for those who want to escape city life. A place surrounded by greenery and absolute tranquility. Managed by a wonderful girl who takes care of everything , we had a good time from the first moment . We'll definitely be back to see you , it's been a pleasure.

We are so pleased with our stay. The home matched the descriptions perfectly and was more spacious and beautiful than we expected. A house in the garden is the perfect description for the location and home. Its quiet, peaceful, clean, and smells of blooming flowers. The location is perfect for getting to transit to get into the city since it is only a minute or two walk to the bus. Extremely close to markets and restaurants with many choices for good food and drink. Guests are close enough to the coast to either take a short walk to the beach or a quick bus ride. There is even a path to bike easily to the sea. The host was very helpful in getting us recommendations for special meals at local restaurants and her local spots were better than the ones we visited in the city. Trust in this host that everything will be perfect for either a short or long stay. I can only hope we can return and spend several weeks there in the future, it would be a perfect spot for our family.

My family and I loved nearly everything about this villa. The entire property was beautiful and very well kept. Anna was very communicative throughout our stay which was very much appreciated. It would have been helpful to have a clearer picture of the transportation situation, with having to schedule rides due to things like the grocery store being out of walking distance. We also would’ve loved to have more detailed information about the town so we could schedule time to explore. Overall we very much enjoyed the amenities and we would certainly stay again!

After a few hot days in crowded Rome, Daniele's place was just what we needed. We promised our teenage sons that we would just chill after their exams and that's exactly what we did and it was the perfect spot for it. The accommodation was perfect for four people. The air conditioning was quiet and effective, and the kitchen had everything. Both bedrooms have smart TVs so we could relax at night with the usual viewing platforms. The outdoor area was definitely the highlight. Daniele kept the pool so clean and it was so nice to have it in the heat. There are different seating areas and swing seats and hammocks. We did a trip to the beach at Sabaudia which was beautiful and also went to the local beach which was perfect for a quick swim. Daniele and his wife Ewa were the best hosts. They live in the house beside the apartment so are on hand if you need anything and were so kind and helpful for our stay but they leave you alone so you have total privacy with the outdoor area. Perfection!

Villa danda is a dreamy heaven of a Villa The swimming pool and the beach are so lovely and the beautiful design of the Villa all conjure up to make a special stay And Daniela and Eric were great hosts and brilliant communicators Can’t wait to go back very soon Couldn’t recommend more!!!

the house is beautiful and ideal for a romantic getaway. a little scruffy on the outside, a real shame. The hammock was dirty, the cut grass was left to one side, the deckchairs were broken and the sofas had no cushions. The broken refrigerator was then terrible. With the heat and a small fridge bar available, it was a bit of a disaster. Overall, very good, just right for a day and a night. The jacuzzi that comes out of the bed was a treat, but also a little too unclean.

Stayed as a group of 6 people, extremley helpful and friendly hosts. Gave us helpful hints and recommendations. Very nice people, made us feel right at home. Garden, pool and house as described, used a couple of days to relax and saw some local sights. Everything clean and nicely put together. Very nice touch that hosts invited us for pizza and cold cuts in the last evening, nice sitting down and talking. One point which we appreciated very much was that they assisted us in getting to the train station when we needed a lift as we were leaving at two seperate times. That shows their friendliness and caring for their guests. All in all can only recommend.

The garden of the house was fantastically beautiful. Also with outdoor shower, seating, without any outside view. The house was big and we felt very much at home. It was a pity that the cabinets were completely full and you could not accommodate your clothes, but had to live out of suitcases. Shower in one bath was broken. This did not bother us, as we found the outdoor shower fantastic and always used it.

Ivano was immediately warm and kind from the moment we booked the house. We were a fairly large group of people and despite this Ivano did everything to meet our needs. The house is wonderful and we had a very nice New Year's Eve. I highly recommend it

Our family had a magnificent stay at Cristina's house. The pictures do not do it justice! Everything was beautifully clean, incredibly comfortable, and gorgeous. The pool and outdoor grilling/eating area were daily delights. Cristina and her husband were friendly and helpful. We highly recommend!!

strategic location for getting to both the sea and Rome in a few minutes! the house is clean and cozy, kitchen and bathroom equipped in every detail. We did not meet Daniela in person but on the phone she was very helpful, the check-in was done by Tommaso who was efficient and punctual. If I wanted to go back there, I'd choose it again!
