Durch den Garten fließt ein Bach mit Teich und von der Terrasse könnt ihr Kühe, Specht und Rehe beobachten. Die große Terrasse lädt zum Grillen, der Wald zum Wandern und Biken ein. Die Balver Höhle ist ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Mehr geht nicht!
