The apartment was renovated in 2018 with soundproof windows, new heating, bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. Full kitchen equipped with fridge, two hotplates, coffee maker, kettle and cooking utensils.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Comfortable sleeping place

Cozy simple sleeping place in the new bedroom and bathroom. Currently without a kitchen The bus stop is about 100 meters away. And it's also just a few minutes' walk to the new surf park. The apartment is located in a commercial area. My neighbors are craft businesses. Therefore, it can occasionally be noisy from 7 am.
