It's 55 square meters (2 rooms, kitchen, bath), quietly located in the rear building with zero street noise. The bedroom leads to a small inner courtyard. All public transport (S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Bus) is conveniently reached within 5-7 minutes by foot.

Lovely Neukölln Apartment

It is a small apartment in the rear building of our old Berlin building built in 1902. The apartment has its own entrance (rear building) but is connected to the large apartment!! (Separation by double door and double house wall). The apartment was completely renovated in 2016, has a small kitchen, a very nice designer bathroom, a large bedroom and living room as well as a brand new balcony, which is facing a small park/forest, and that in the middle of the city!!

I rent it when I am out of town, I have been living here for 14 years so you will find my personal belongings (no valuables) and a lot of love in the apartment so treat it as if it was yours! Great apartment for your Berlin visit, spacious, lots of light and clean. It's a walkup on the third floor and is in a fantastic neighborhood, walkable to multiple u-bahn stops, lots of bike sharing bikes/scooters around, great cafes and eateries. The host is very responsive and their instructions were accurate and minimal.

Thibault's apartment was absolutely beautiful and located in a really beautiful area of Neukölln. He had amazing amenities and when we needed help he was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. We really loved his place and valued our stay, we are forever jealous of his apartment!

Ghislain was very friendly and responsive and gave me some local recs. The neighborhood is walkable and minutes from the Ring Bahn and has a great mix of cheap eats as well as fancier cocktails and vegan options, my only complaint is that the appliances are almost too nice :)

Loved my couple of nights here. Very cool flat, very cool area. Near to a square with nice bars, restaurants and cafés. I stayed local as there is loads to do in Neukölln. Stella was super helpful with my late check-in and delayed flight, someome was waiting for me at nearly 1am. The apartment was clean and comfortable, the building was quiet and I felt safe in there. Would stay again.
