This flat with it's exposed brick + original wooden floor is a new addition to our apartments designed specially for friends, colleagues, couples or families wanting a 'Home away from Home' in Berlin. Our central location gives you the public transport (Airport connection), daily shopping, great restaurants + bars all within a couple of minutes walk. The apartment is designed with space + privacy in mind for you. The 2 bedrooms being separated by the 2 full bathrooms.

Lovely Neukölln Apartment

It is a small apartment in the rear building of our old Berlin building built in 1902. The apartment has its own entrance (rear building) but is connected to the large apartment!! (Separation by double door and double house wall). The apartment was completely renovated in 2016, has a small kitchen, a very nice designer bathroom, a large bedroom and living room as well as a brand new balcony, which is facing a small park/forest, and that in the middle of the city!!

With 105 m² of living space, the apartment offers plenty of space for families, couples, friends or even home office (very fast Internet connection 200 Mbps) and was furnished and decorated with a lot of love. For rainy days, we have a cozy TV area with Netflix & Disney+ for you.

Each room has high ceilings and rooftop windows (These windows and balcony door can not be darkened)The apartment is located nearby to a free parking zone (800m).

The apartment is located in a newly renovated remise from the year 1900 in Berlin. The house can be accessed via the front house at Mittenwalderstrasse 8 and is located in the quiet courtyard.
