Please respect with the apartment as well as neighbors respectful and quiet. The apartment is a non smoking apartment and no parties are allowed. I live in the same house opposite and am always reachable if there are any questions or problems. The subway U8 Schönleinstrasse is 3 minutes away on foot. The subway U1 / U3 Kottbusser Tor is 5 minutes away on foot. With these two subway you can quickly reach Berlin (Alexanderplatz, Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshein). Grocery shopping is right around the corner of the apartment (Lidl / Netto supermarket), as well as the famous Turkish market on Maybachufer. Just around the corner is the Graefestrasse. In this there are numerous cafes and restaurants around for day or evening to enjoy. The Admiralsbrücke (2min) is a popular meeting place and a central place to meet and listen to street musicians. Within walking distance you can quickly over Kottbusser Damm Hermannplatz, the Hassenheide and the Tempelhofes field is as a recreation area within walking distance. Just as exciting Neukölln is the Schillerpromenade (with the U-8 two stops) with its bars and restaurants. Tastefully decorated room with impressive high ceilings and natural light. The apartment is in the heart of Neukölln in Berlin. Considered to be one of the most dynamic neighborhoods of the world. Just step out the door and you are in the heart of it all. It represents the true Berlin experience. It’s a very quiet apartment. Perfect for a private business traveler, solo adventurers, couples and especially musicians! I have a great Bechstein Piano and some other string instruments in the room!

Upcyceled-Studio-Atelier-Loft

Integrated into Berlin's neighbourhood life, our former photo studio/gallery is a small cozy studio apartment at eye level with the Neukölln cultural environment. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and closed, so you can take a break from street life. It is equipped with a bunk bed (160x200cm lying area), a sofa bed (120x200cm) and mini-kitchen (two cooking areas, small fridge, kettle, pots, etc.) a table with three chairs and a sitting area.

It is a small apartment in the rear building of our old Berlin building built in 1902. The apartment has its own entrance (rear building) but is connected to the large apartment!! (Separation by double door and double house wall). The apartment was completely renovated in 2016, has a small kitchen, a very nice designer bathroom, a large bedroom and living room as well as a brand new balcony, which is facing a small park/forest, and that in the middle of the city!!
