As well as a kettle and coffee machine. There is a double bed 180 × 200 in the castle room In the Loggia room there are two single beds that can be separated or put together. In the park room is another double bed 180 × 200 As well as two sofa beds, one in the living room facing the garden and one in the loggia. Wi-Fi is everywhere

The design corresponds to a small bungalow (28 sqm). There is free public parking in the area, and there are 2 electric charging stations in front of the studio. Direct parking location, about 180 m to the shore. The studio is thoroughly cleaned after every visit, and the surfaces are disinfected. Check in/out via key box.

Messe-Gelände, Ku’damm & the castle of Charlottenburg are 10min by foot. All you need is close by, Supermarkets, Restaurants, Coffee, Ice cream… A bike can be rented for 8€/day, what might be useful to visit Grunewald forest or if you want to use the good bike roads throughout the city. The quiet home has everything one needs to survive and more.

Our place is close to Berlin-Brandenburg Airport. The Tesla Gigafactory is about 20 minutes by car (16 km). There is a great lake view with immediate proximity to the forest. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.

A comfortable folding bed for two and a couch can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Our boat is located in a fenced private area which is monitored by a security service at night. Except for the raccoon and the fox, you are protected from visitors

120 sqm2 penthouse/attic apartment + sauna + fireplace

This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in the Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 5 min walk to Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburg Bay by the water. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5 meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can also be booked at any time with me.

Idyllically located next to an island

On our 8-meter (26-foot) boat, there is running water from the tap and an electric toilet. You can cool your drinks and food in a refrigerator. There is a 4 × 2.5 m platform attached to the boat that you can use to sit down for meals, do yoga, or just chill out. Your outdoor camping shower (shown in the pictures) is also located here. Alternatively, you can also take a proper hot shower next door at the City Marina for €2.

A high chair and travel cot are available for toddlers (please bring blankets and pillows for this).

On the "Mara" there is 1 salon with pantry kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 separate toilet. The underfloor heating provides cozy warmth. The "MARA" can be booked for up to 3 people. The houseboat is firmly located in the Citymarina Berlin Rummelsburg, only 7 km from Alexanderplatz.
