House directly on the Spree with hot tub and sauna

The dream house is located directly in Berlin on the Spree with a small boat harbor and 1000 square meters of park-like garden. On the ground floor (with underfloor heating) is a living room, the kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower/integrated steam sauna and a Miele washing machine. On the child-friendly upper floor is a large bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with jacuzzi. In addition, there is a baby cot, a baby changing table and a baby running grill.

Finca Berlin is located in a quiet and relaxed area right on Lake Spekte. For the hot days of the year you can swim a round from the small beach. The room is located in a city villa, about 10 kilometers from the city center. With the S-Bahn (line S2 or S8) or the bus (line 150, 154 or 158) you are in about 25 minutes in the city center. I rent a large room with a double bed, as well as a separate bathroom. Our house is located on the outskirts of Berlin in Kleinmachnow. The location in southwest Berlin offers the possibility to drive very quickly both towards Potsdam and to Berlin. If you are traveling by public transport, you can get to Zehlendorf in 10 minutes by bus line 623 and from there you have the opportunity to continue to Potsdam, Wannsee or Berlin.
