The construction corresponds to a small bungalow (28 sqm). There is free public parking in the area, and there are 2 e-charging stations in front of the studio. Direct parking location, about 180 m to the shore. The studio is thoroughly cleaned after every visit, the surfaces disinfected. Check in/out via key box.

Upcyceled-Studio-Atelier-Loft

Integrated into Berlin's neighbourhood life, our former photo studio/gallery is a small cozy studio apartment at eye level with the Neukölln cultural environment. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and closed, so you can take a break from street life. It is equipped with a bunk bed (160x200cm lying area), a sofa bed (120x200cm) and mini-kitchen (two cooking areas, small fridge, kettle, pots, etc.) a table with three chairs and a sitting area.

Lovely Neukölln Apartment

It is a small apartment in the rear building of our old Berlin building built in 1902. The apartment has its own entrance (rear building) but is connected to the large apartment!! (Separation by double door and double house wall). The apartment was completely renovated in 2016, has a small kitchen, a very nice designer bathroom, a large bedroom and living room as well as a brand new balcony, which is facing a small park/forest, and that in the middle of the city!!
