Weiter hat diese Wohnung ein eigenes Duschbad, Wlan, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Ein überdachter Carport am Haus kann vor Ort zugebucht werden.

Lovely Neukölln Apartment

Es handelt sich um eine kleine Wohnung im Hinterhaus unseres Berliner Altbaus erbaut 1902, Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang (Hinterhaus) ist aber mir der großen Wohnung verbunden !! ( Trennung durch Doppeltüre und Doppelte Hauswand). Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett neu renoviert, hat eine kleine Küche ein sehr schönes Designer Badezimmer, ein großes Schlaf und Wohnzimmer sowie einen brandneuen Balkon, der zu einem kleinen Park/ Wald ausgerichtet ist, und das mitten in der Stadt !!

The "Altbau"-style apartment is in the charming Rixdorf neighbourhood of Neukölln, perfectly located between two lovely and small squares, with very little car traffic and lots of great restaurants, bars and cafes just around the corner. It's 55 square meters (2 rooms, kitchen, bath), quietly located in the rear building with zero street noise. The bedroom leads to a small inner courtyard. All public transport (S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Bus) is conveniently reached within 5-7 minutes by foot.
