Our small guest house is well connected, but still far away from the hustle and bustle of Berlin. In the middle of the forest and only a ten-minute walk from Lake Müggelsee, our house offers the perfect accommodation for a short vacation in the countryside or for day trips to the city. Up to four people will find sufficient space on 30 m² and with the well-equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and fireplace, no wishes should remain unfulfilled. Landhaus in Berlin

Unser Haus ist zu jeder Jahreszeit ein gemütlicher Rückzugsort für Jedermann. Neben einer Gaszentralheizung kann man auch den grossen Kaminofen anfeuern und auch auf dem, mit Holz zu befeuernden, Herd kochen. Im Sommer halten wir in unserem schönen Blumen , Obst und Gemüsegarten eine grosse Liegewiese, eine BBQ Feuerschale mit Grillring und einem grossen Essplatz mit Sonnenschirm für Euch bereit. Wenn es mal regnet haben wir auch eine kleine gemütliche Terrasse mit Panoramafenster.

My festival style home is right in the middle of the action with bars, cafes and restaurants all along the street and close to one of the main train stations means you are nearly everywhere in Berlin in 15mins. The Apartment is extremely sunny especially in winter with lots of windows and nice big view across to the water and filled with art, antiques and curiosities you have the feeling of being in a quiet private treasure nest nestled above the bustling action of the city.

Eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Esstisch und Bar für 4 Personen, Kamin und einem großes Bad mit Fußbodenheizung. Ein bequemes Klappbett für zwei und eine Couch bieten Platz für maximal 4 Personen. Unser Boot liegt in einem umzäunten Privatgelände welches nachts durch einen Sicherheitsdienst überwacht wird. Bis auf den Waschbären und den Fuchs ist man also vor Besuchern geschützt

Wir vermieten unser liebevoll und persönlich eingerichtetes Hausboot (ein Eigenbau aus dem Jahr 2003), da wir es selbst nur sporadisch nutzen können. Das Boot liegt an einem festen Liegeplatz im Bezirk Schöneweide, neben zwei anderen Hausbooten an einem eigenen Steg. Durch die große Fensterfront hat man einen wunderbaren freien Blick auf die Spree.
