Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and closed, so you can take a break from street life. It is equipped with a bunk bed (160x200cm lying area), a sofa bed (120x200cm) and mini-kitchen (two cooking areas, small fridge, kettle, pots, etc.) a table with three chairs and a sitting area.

It is a small apartment in the rear building of our old Berlin building built in 1902. The apartment has its own entrance (rear building) but is connected to the large apartment!! (Separation by double door and double house wall). The apartment was completely renovated in 2016, has a small kitchen, a very nice designer bathroom, a large bedroom and living room as well as a brand new balcony, which is facing a small park/forest, and that in the middle of the city!!

Bedroom+living room with lounge chair+dining table and a mini kitchen (no proper cooking!) with fridge in the corridor. Perfect for 2 person. 3rd/4th person sleep on extra mattresses on the floor, we recommend it only for families because it gets packed. Also we want to avoid noise by groups. No parties, big gatherings or shoes inside
