The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

Welcome to the Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cozy warmth. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony, you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. Upstairs, you'll find cozy sleeping spaces. Das Studio ist modern ausgebaut, sehr schön und gemütlich, deshalb möchten wir diesen speziellen Ort der Ruhe und Erholung gerne teilen. Das Studio liegt im 1 Stock auf einem Hof in der Nähe des Bayerischen Waldes/ Böhmerwald. Neben einem schönen Feierabendbier auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge sowie Pferdekoppel, gibt es in der Gegend viele Angebote für das sportliche Herz. Neben Radfahren, Wandern- ist auch das „bayerische Venedig“ - Passau nur ca 30min mit dem Auto entfernt.

Firewood is included. A special highlight is the private sauna. This can be used for a fee (4€ per hour electricity).
