The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

The studio is modern, very nice and cozy, so we would like to share this special place of rest and relaxation. The studio is located on the 2nd floor on a farm near the Bavarian Forest/Bohemian Forest. In addition to a nice after-work beer on the balcony overlooking the mountains and horse paddock, there are many offers in the area for the athletic heart. In addition to cycling and hiking, the “Bavarian Venice” - Passau is only about 30 minutes away by car.
