The spacious living/dining area with a very well-equipped kitchen and pull-out sofa bed invites you to linger. Adjacent is the bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200cm) and a bathroom with WC. The rooms have blinds to darken the room and fly screens. In the garden there is a cozy dining and lounge area, as well as a children's playground with slide and swing and a covered area for bicycles. The vacation apartment is located directly at the Zechmeister winery in Gols. Wine tastings with the winemakers can be arranged on request. Some pre-cooled wines and home-made products are also available in the vacation apartment. You are welcome to use herbs and spices from the garden for your own creations in the kitchen. Parents and children will love the vehicles and children's toys. There is also a small farm library with a selection of children's books, novels and cookery books. In the immediate vicinity is the Aquasplash Gols, a volleyball court, soccer pitch and the biotope, which invites you to take a relaxing walk. Our accommodation is close to the Gols wine hiking trail, as well as a perfect starting point for numerous cycling tours in the Neusiedlersee-Seewinkel region. There is a parking lot for our guests in front of the house. Access for guests Guests can use the inner courtyard, the garden and lounge furniture, as well as the shelter for bicycles and baby carriages.

The living room with kitchen has a fireplace, a couch, and a large window overlooking the water. The kitchen is fully equipped. The master bedroom provides comfortable 100% natural mattresses. Jarovecké rameno is a protected area. From the terrace of the houseboat, it is possible to watch fish, beavers, ducks or swans. At the same time, it is possible to explore the surroundings by canoe, paddleboard or bicycle.

The apartment is located in a beautiful area. On one side is the National Football Stadium and the Ondrej Nepela Arena, and on the other side is Lake Kuchajda. The city center is a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. There is free parking for one car in the building. Two large shopping centers are a 5-minute walk away - Vivo and Central. On the ground floor, facing the street, there is a grocery store and a pharmacy. There are also three restaurants - a sushi bar, a steak house and an Italian restaurant.

The house was built in 1995 and was completely renovated in 2021. In addition to the two vacation apartments, 4 more condominiums were built. The apartments were completed in July 2021. The apartments are about 35 square meters with sleeping space for a maximum of 4 people (1x bed 180 cm, 1x bed 140 cm), are top equipped with modern kitchen block with microwave, capsule coffee machine, fridge with freezer, ceramic hob. Our cozy townhouse, which is nestled between the Leitha Mountains and Lake Neusiedl in a beautiful park, can accommodate 3 people. The 55 m² property is divided into an anteroom, bathroom with washing machine, shower and toilet and a spacious air-conditioned living/dining/bedroom which is equipped with a fully equipped fitted kitchen including a filled coffee machine, a double bed and a sofa bed.
