Albisheim is located in the middle of the Zellertal, surrounded by fields, meadows and vines and is an ideal starting point for cycling and hiking tours around the Zellertal. Convenient location in the city triangle of Mainz, Kaiserslautern, Worms. Very good connection to the A63, A6 and A61. The Vier-Länder-Weg [Four-Country Trail] leads directly past the house. The Jakobs Pilgerweg [St. James Pilgrimage Route] is 3 km away.

Spacious 32 sqm non-smoking apartment with private entrance in a quiet location, easily accessible via A 65 and B 10. The apartment has a kitchenette as well as a dining, living and sleeping area, a hallway and a shower room with toilet. The garden can be used for smoking, for example. The University of Landau and the town centre are about 2 km away, while the master school for audiologists and the training centre for occupational therapy are about 4 km away. Our neighbor offers the same apartment "Wingert".

The 2-bedroom apartment is equipped with everything ( washing machine, Wi-Fi...) which is needed for a cozy stay. It is located in a quiet side street in Alt-Neckarau. From organic store, supermarket, bistros, restaurants, bank and post office....everything is within walking distance and with a bike (can be borrowed) you are in 10 min. on the Rhine o.Badesee. The city or the train station can be reached by line 1 (2 min.)or line 7 (15 min.) in 14 minutes. Bus line/train station Neckarau (7 min walk).

Directly behind it the vineyards offer a fantastic view over the Rhine valley. Our former stonemason farm, which is over 280 years old, offers plenty of surprises. On the way to your accommodation, you will cross a vineyard-covered courtyard. You will stay in our quiet guest apartment. From the bedroom you can look at the famous Wachtenburg. For wine lovers, Wachenheim is a must. The property is particularly suitable for short and active vacations. Bikes are welcome to bring along and safely stored in our yard.
