Situated in beautiful countryside, in the small hamlet of Etival, ideal for walking, cycling, or just relaxing in the sunshine. Off the beaten track, but just a short drive to supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The circuit at Le Mans, is a 40 minute easy drive away. There are lots of nearby places to visit and enjoy.
