We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. Conveniently located one block before Sunnyside Resort and one mile from tahoe City's town. The private beach is great for families has a large play/ swing set area, picnic tables, swim platforms, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes and bocce ball, are available on a first-come, first-served basis. MAX person allowed at this home is 7 people. No outside gathering past 8 pm

Located in a gated neighborhood between two quaint gold rush towns with shopping, wine tasting, hiking trails and sight seeing. Ski areas easily accessible for day trips. Rest or dine on the deck with a glass of local wine and watch the friendly deer wander past sometimes stopping to say hello.

Russtic Roadside Retreat, a glamping cabin

Russtic Roadside Retreat is a small glamping cabin in a private corner of our property. It includes a queen bed, small "camp" kitchen, flush toilet, shower (towels are provided), small deck, BBQ (unless a fire ban is in effect) and electric heater.( Note that it can be cold in the cabin when the temps dip into the 20s and 30s.) Pets are welcome but must not be allowed to get on the bed. Historic Nevada City is just a short walk from the site.
