Machen Sie Urlaub im luxuriösen Ambiente unseres Gästehauses. Es ist Teil unseres Weingutes SCHOTTENHOF und in unserem Wirtschaftsgebäude integriert. Der nächste Nachbar ist ca. 100m entfernt. Die 4ha große Hofreite liegt idyllisch inmitten der Weinberge und ist zu zwei Seiten ebenerdig erreichbar. Sie können vom Hof aus direkt mit Wanderungen oder Radtouren starten. Willkommen in der deutschen Toskana in unserem Familien- Ferienhaus! Unsere Region hat viel zu bieten - ob Wandern, Biken, Shoppen, Städtetouren! Das Haus ist eingerichtet um Familien mit (und ohne)Kindern eine gute Zeit zu ermöglichen. Rad- und Wanderwege gleich um die Ecke. Dexheim selbst bietet viel( Kultur auf dem Hof, Historic, Rathausgarten und mehr) , aber auch Oppenheim, Nierstein, Worms, Mainz, Heidelberg - es ist einfach schön hier! Wir vermieten NICHT an Monteure.

Das denkmalgeschützte Gebäude liegt eingebettet in eine wunderschöne Parklandschaft und bietet einen traumhaften Blick über das Tal – mit dem Odenwald direkt vor der Haustür. Ideal zum Wandern, Radfahren oder einfach zum Entspannen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Auch Hunde fühlen sich dank der vielen Spazierwege direkt vor der Haustür bei uns wohl.

Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

From Uelversheim you can reach the Rhineland-Palatinate state capital of Mainz and the Nibelungen city of Worms in 30 minutes and Frankfurt in 45 minutes.

This unique place has a style all its own: ecological materials such as clay and wood give the house a unique flair and an unsurpassed indoor climate. The half-timbered house, built in 1622, is modernly furnished. A wood and pellet stove creates a special evening feel-good atmosphere.

Our vacation home is idyllically located, yet very central in Mainz. The house dates back to the 19th century and has been lovingly renovated and completely refurnished. You'll find anything your heart desires. It has a beautiful, sunny and quiet location. In less than 1 minute you are on the Main. In 10 minutes you can take the bus to downtown Mainz. Relax on the large terrace overlooking the linden trees.

The property is located in Dotzheim-Kohlheck, with quick access to the forest. The room with bathroom is about 19 m² and has a workplace with good Wi-Fi connection. The bed has a lying surface of 140 x 200 m. The nearest bus stop can be reached in about 5 minutes' walk and the city center is about 10 minutes drive away. The nearest Rewe or bakery with breakfast option can be reached in 10 minutes walk.

Our house is an old agricultural property typical of Rheinhessen, which has been carefully converted into a vacation home by us. We have tried to preserve as much old and brought as much as possible without our guests having to sacrifice modern comforts. You will live in the house on your own and be completely undisturbed.
