Nimm die ganze Familie mit in diese tolle Unterkunft mit viel Platz für Spaß und Unterhaltung. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss (steile Treppe/ kein Fahrstuhl/ an heißen Tagen warm). Bücher, Karten und Gesellschaftsspiele stehen zur Verfügung. Die Gäste können gerne den Garten und Grill nutzen. Ebenso können wir 2 Fahrräder zum Ausleihen zur Verfügung stellen, um den Aller-Elbe Radweg zu erkunden. Zwei Steinbrüche laden im direkt angrenzenden Landschaftspark zum Angeln und Baden ein.

In dieser prädestinierten Lage kannst du dich mit deiner Familie und deinen Haustieren endlosen Spaziergängen durch die Wälder und Elbauen hingeben, Klavier üben, hast deinen Fitness-Raum, einen eigenen kleinen Garten mit Pool, Holzkohlegrill, Sonnenschirm, kleinem Terrassenofen- und bist in nur wenigen Minuten in der Stadt.

Herzlich Willkommen im "Elbeuer Mühlentraum"! Der gemütliche Schäferwagen befindet sich im idyllischen Garten einer historischen Wassermühle und ist umgeben von mannigfaltiger Natur. Auf dem Mühlenhof leben neben uns auch einige Tiere wie Hühner, Esel, Hunde und zwei schottische Hochlandrinder. Zugleich gibt es auf dem Hof auch ein familieneigenes Café mit selbst gebackenem Kuchen und Kaffee aus der hauseigenen Rösterei sowie einen eigenen Kanuverleih. Wir freuen uns auf deinen Besuch!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer guten zentralen Lage. Die A2 und die A14 sind in direkter Nähe. Die Unterkunft eignet sich für Arbeiter, Wochenendtouristen und Durchreisende. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der oberen Etage und ist über eine Treppe erreichbar. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer ( 1 Doppelbett und je 2 Einzelbetten), 1 Badezimmer mit Badewanne und eine geräumige Küche . Diese kann als Gemeinschaftsraum genutzt werden , da es kein Wohnzimmer gibt.

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.
