Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.

Despite the central location, the living rooms are absolutely quiet. In the immediate vicinity there is a cafe / bakery, inns and a grocery store. The award-winning restaurant Mühltalhof & Fernruf 7, as well as the station Neufelden are within a few minutes walking distance.

Reconnect with loved ones in this family-friendly place. There would also be room for your own horses at the farm. For riding enthusiasts, a wide variety of ponies and horses, suitable for beginners or demanding, are available. Relaxed atmosphere (the farm is also being renovated).
