The lovingly furnished, bright self-contained apartment located on the outskirts is less than 50 m from the banks of the Nahe and the barefoot path. It is about 64 square meters, has its own entrance with its own parking space. The former congregation of the original farm has been lovingly converted into a spacious attic apartment by us. The apartment, built into the gable, exudes a very special charm. In the 75 sqm apartment, there is a bedroom with a double bed and baby cot and a large living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower with wall heating.

The apartment was lovingly renovated in 2021 and has 110m² (at full occupancy), with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining area, spacious living area and a hallway. The apartment is located in a beautiful old farmhouse with an inner courtyard. A special feature is the free WLAN with a maximum speed of 1000 Mbit/s.
