Cabin holiday rentals in Ninilchik

The location was beyond beautiful. This has to be one of the most beautiful locations I've ever stayed. It is about the size of a very roomy hotel room (with better amenities). The only issue I had was one of the other guests called in a noise complaint when I thought we were being very respectful of the other guests. We were having a fire later in the night and we kept everything to a normal speaking volume and we received a message telling us that we were being too loud. There was another guest there that was a frequent visitor, and he said that he has had a common issue with other frequent visitors filing similar complaints against them. But the hosts were kind and understanding. All things considered, this place was absolutely beautiful and well worth every penny spent. There is just no beating those views.

Our family stayed in two of the smaller cabins. The location is perfect for heading to the Homer spit, the beaches and some of the other points of interest in Homer. We really enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and cold plunge which was a big draw for booking this place. The cabins are basically brand new with high end appliances and fixtures and we had no issues. We cooked in one night, ate some great seafood on the spit and dined at Fat Olives. Hiked to the glacier lake (so beautiful) which requires a water taxi and explored the old part of Homer. If you enjoy reading/books, don't miss the Old Inlet Bookstore. Would definitely stay here again!!

This is a fantastic get away spot. After exploring Homer and Seldovia, coming back to a fire pit for s'mores and a chill evening in the hot tub looking for moose, there's nothing better. House has EVERYTHING you need; coffee, spices for cooking, condiments, robes, towels, etc. Can't recommend this place enough! With two young daughters and a dog, felt right at home. Will be coming back again and again.

Quiet and easy place to stay. Had a lot of things to do but we were too busy fishing to do them.

Beautiful spot to relax and soak in the view! Incredibly peaceful and relaxing. We loved our stay here!

Pictures don't do justice for sure. What a lovely little getaway. The hot tub was immaculate. which was really nice. The deck upstairs was perfect for stargazing. I felt right at home. I would absolutely rent again. My only little thing that was a little off was the no windows coverings in the sitting area. Other than that. it was amazing.

Great space terrific views and very accessible to Homer

We really enjoyed our night at Sean’s place right on the slough—our front row seat to the changing tides and wildlife was incredible! Haley, the housekeeper, was super friendly and flexible with us—she really made our stay feel special. The whole experience here was super cool!

What a wonderful little cabin! The views are amazing! It’s perfect for a 2 person get away. The shower was a bit snug, but the soaking tub made up for it. We loved enjoying morning coffee looking out at the ocean!

Kids and I really enjoyed this cozy and well equipped cabin. The place is pristine clean while dog friendly. The view is dreamy; Hosts are super nice; Fresh eggs and fishing tips are absolutely bonus. Loved everything.

I am a touring comedian and it was so nice to just find a place with a hot tub to chill alone in the woods by a lake. The hosts were fantastic and the bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this little get away spot.

Great Stay in Logan's cabin. Beds were comfy and the cabin was really cute. Had a great little fridge and the communal bathrooms were clean, close, and spacious. I liked that they had a washing machine for guests to use (pay $4 electronically). We cooked outside on the grill and with our camping gear, nice picnic table and seating in front of the cabin. If you will be busy all day and need a comfy place with just enough amenities at a great price, this is the place!

Amazing cabin! We loved it for our girls weekend. Plenty of beds for all of us. Spacious, welcoming, warm, and the most beautiful view. She let us check in early after our charter got canceled and we slept in our tents in the storm the night before. Amazing stay. Will definitely be back next year for our girls trip!

My husband and I took a last minute getaway and the cabin was perfect for that. We were just wanting to kick back and take it slow for a couple of days. We had a very comfortable cabin and beautiful views. We watched it storm over the bay a couple of times and had easy access to restaurants and stores. It was a lovely time. We would definitely stay again.

We had a very quiet and comfortable stay. The essentials for cooking (beautiful selection of pots and pans, spices, etc) and coffee were supplied. A neat surprise was a visit on our last morning by a mama and infant moose right in the field behind the cabin.

The Barn is surrounded by beautiful views everywhere! My family is excited to come back again and share the location with another family with kids. The road down to the barn is adventurous! Make sure you have the right car and a driver who can handle a bumpy dirt road. We were comfortable and had a peaceful evening at the Barn. In the morning my husband, daughter, and I enjoyed a short walk along the road to take in spectacular views of Kachemak Bay.

Absolutely loved this cabin, it’s so pretty and perfectly clean. Comfortable bed and good quality pillows made for a great nights sleep!

Our family had a great stay at Lenore's cabin. Very clean and well taken care of! The views are incredible from the cabin and it is located in a very quiet and peaceful area. We will definitely stay again when in Homer.

We stayed at this Airbnb and were truly impressed it was a beautiful, well-maintained home that exceeded our expectations. There was more than enough space for our group of 4 friends & 2 babies, making it incredibly comfortable for both adults & little ones. The attention to detail throughout the home was outstanding. From baby plates & silverware to a thoughtful selection of books & toys, everything felt intentionally curated to make families feel welcome. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil & appliance you could think of, which made cooking together a breeze. Each room was tasteful & cozy, creating a relaxing, home-away-from-home atmosphere. We especially appreciated the peaceful location it felt tucked away & serene, & close enough to access shops, restaurants, & city attractions when we needed them. We felt safe & right at home the entire time. We would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone traveling with kids or in a group looking for comfort & convenience!

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was very clean comfortable and the view was outstanding. We enjoyed watching a moose with her newly born baby foraging through the yard on a few days.

The stay was great, I enjoyed making a fire in the outdoor fire pit with wood & lighters supplied. Just bring your own marshmallows 🙂 There was a couple of resident rabbits that my daughter enjoyed seeing also. Top value for what our family needed that was central to everything we wanted to see & do in the area

Thanks to Kevin for hosting us at such a beautiful spot! The cabin was a great place to get away with friends and catch up, play games and card games, enjoy the scenery, and be thankful to live in Alaska! Our group had a great time! Kevin even came over and taught our clueless @sses how to use the heater, which turned out to make the cabin perfectly cozy! We really enjoyed having time and space to hang together instead of trying to stay at a hotel in Homer. Totally recommend!
