Cabin holiday rentals in Kenai Peninsula Borough

The location was beyond beautiful. This has to be one of the most beautiful locations I've ever stayed. It is about the size of a very roomy hotel room (with better amenities). The only issue I had was one of the other guests called in a noise complaint when I thought we were being very respectful of the other guests. We were having a fire later in the night and we kept everything to a normal speaking volume and we received a message telling us that we were being too loud. There was another guest there that was a frequent visitor, and he said that he has had a common issue with other frequent visitors filing similar complaints against them. But the hosts were kind and understanding. All things considered, this place was absolutely beautiful and well worth every penny spent. There is just no beating those views.

This is a fantastic get away spot. After exploring Homer and Seldovia, coming back to a fire pit for s'mores and a chill evening in the hot tub looking for moose, there's nothing better. House has EVERYTHING you need; coffee, spices for cooking, condiments, robes, towels, etc. Can't recommend this place enough! With two young daughters and a dog, felt right at home. Will be coming back again and again.

Super cute and homey vibe. Walking distance to town and to the brewery down the way. Host was available to answer questions and was very friendly. Highly recommend this beautiful spot!

Great location for a weekend stay. Easy access to Anchorage (~45 minutes away), Girdwood Restaurants and Shops (~5 minutes away), and great middle point if you want to hike the Kenai or explore Whittier. Easy check-in with lots of amenities like hot tube, laundry on-site, coffee makers, etc.

Loved the cabin! Perfect for me and my two teenage boys in June. Plenty of space for us. Hot tub was magical after a long hike. Location is great - easy 3 min drive or 20 min walk into Girdwood for meals. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a great time at Charity’s place. We actually came to Seward to get married, which we did halfway through our visit! Celebrated with some wine and dinner and some hot tub time at the cabin. It was so peaceful, beautiful, clean, and private. Would absolutely return and hopefully will! Thank you so much for hosting us!

Loved the house and the location! Nicely wooded area, just as we like it, yet very close to fishing and hiking trails. and not too far from Anchorage. 👍🏻 House was lovely. Had everything we needed. And the host was so responsive and communicative. We would definitely rent from him again!!

We stayed at this cozy cabin for 2 days and it was amazing! The cabin itself is a well maintained home that offers amazing views of the ocean, and authentic Alaskan relics. The porch is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee and think about writing your next novel. Just as a heads up, the road and driveway is a little steep/small for a larger vehicle, but there are plenty of parking options available. The steps to the loft are also a little steep for someone that might have some mobility issues. I highly recommend making this place a special part of your Alaskan adventure!

We really enjoyed our stay in this well-equipped, cozy, recently updated cabin a few miles outside Seward. There were thoughtful touches throughout, helpful instructions re: the equipment (humidifier, heater, smart TV, etc) and a binder of local pamplets highlighting local businesses. We appreciated the comfortable bed, clean shower and bathroom, full kitchen, small interesting library of Alaska travel resources and books, and the pet friendly policies. On a sunny afternoon between events at the Seward Seabird Festival, we enjoyed a relaxing picnic with friends in the shared space between the cabins. Blaine and Jaime were friendly and proactive in reaching out, responsive to any concerns, but never instrusive. As long time Alaskans and former Sewardites, we were pleased to see this well-maintained and high value lodging option available to travelers in the area. Highly recommend!

After a rocky start of Airbnb giving me directions to the other property, I finally was able to make contact and got to the correct place. If you go by the actual address, it's easy to find. This cabin is directly off Funny River Road across from the airport. The cabin is nice. I was there preseason, so it was very quiet there. The cabin is very compact. If you have 8 people there, it will be very full. Lots of picnic tables and chairs outside to enjoy. There should be the same amount of silverware and plates to match the number of people the cabin can hold but there aren't at this time. The Teflon cookware is very limited as well and should be replaced as it is very worn. No bakeware available. I suggest bringing drinking water. The cabin is very close to town so it's easy to get to anything you may need. Keep in mind that this is a rustic experience and you will be very happy with your stay. I would be happy to stay again.

Amazing cabin! We loved it for our girls weekend. Plenty of beds for all of us. Spacious, welcoming, warm, and the most beautiful view. She let us check in early after our charter got canceled and we slept in our tents in the storm the night before. Amazing stay. Will definitely be back next year for our girls trip!

My husband and I took a last minute getaway and the cabin was perfect for that. We were just wanting to kick back and take it slow for a couple of days. We had a very comfortable cabin and beautiful views. We watched it storm over the bay a couple of times and had easy access to restaurants and stores. It was a lovely time. We would definitely stay again.

This was probably the best AirBNB I’ve ever booked! Elliot accommodated us on very short notice, and everything was perfect and as described. We would absolutely stay here again.

I would warmely recommend this brand new and perfectly equipped location in a peaceful setting just at 20 minutes by car from the main attractions.

The Barn is surrounded by beautiful views everywhere! My family is excited to come back again and share the location with another family with kids. The road down to the barn is adventurous! Make sure you have the right car and a driver who can handle a bumpy dirt road. We were comfortable and had a peaceful evening at the Barn. In the morning my husband, daughter, and I enjoyed a short walk along the road to take in spectacular views of Kachemak Bay.

Pat was a great host. although he had to leave out of town before we arrived he communicated when we had to ask questions. Cabin is perfect with great ammenities. Loved being able to have access to firewood and the view could never be beat. Would reccomend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

What a wonderful little cabin! The views are amazing! It’s perfect for a 2 person get away. The shower was a bit snug, but the soaking tub made up for it. We loved enjoying morning coffee looking out at the ocean!

Once you arrive at Cabins OnThe Bluff you’re never ready to leave! The level of tranquility you feel in the beautiful surroundings is euphoric. I was looking to stay in Ninilchik and this gem met all my needs and exceeded them. Beautiful location, clean and cozy cabin! And the communication was above expectations!

We loved our stay at the Fox Cabin! It was so cozy and homey! The beds were all comfortable and we enjoyed family time in the evenings at the cabin after long days exploring as much as we could of the beautiful area!

Absolutely beautiful! We had a great time watching the eagles sore through the sky and the views of the ocean from the cliff we were on were spectacular! The house felt very homey and it was great our dog could join us. 10/10 recommend , we can’t wait to stay here again!
