Kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. DURING THE WINTER SEASON, AGE LIMIT IS AT LEAST 25 YEARS (or in the company of a guardian) Private entrance and patio. Very centrally located in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two children or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with residents and therefore quiet after 10 pm is a requirement. No parties!!

Modern apartment in the CENTER of the city with parking!

Located in the middle of the city center between Solsiden and the city center. Located hidden from the main streets, which prevents most of the noise. Bakkebro bus stop that takes you everywhere in Trondheim and the airport bus 1 min away. Cozy apartment on the 2nd floor. Bedrooms and bathrooms are located below ground level (quiet, dark and cool). Small sprinkler staircase between the floors. All kitchen utensils available: coffee maker, hand mixer, kettle, waffle iron, toaster and pretty much everything you need of equipment such as glasses, dishes and serving dishes.

Rent my newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4-room apartment with sauna in a peaceful environment. High standard with unique extras, underfloor heating and an unbeatable coziness that really gives you that cabin feeling you want when you go to the mountains. Basically, ski in/ski out with only a 100-meter walk to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll/Duved (part of the Åre lift system). 300 meters in the other direction, you will find a restaurant, a grocery store and the ski bus to Åre (in operation during the ski season). Stylish and peaceful accommodation in a central location. Whether you are on a business trip or romantic weekend in Trondheim. 300 meters from the city center and the nearest grocery store is just around the corner. The apartment is modern and great furnished with lovely views towards Nidelva from the top floor and one flight of stairs up is a shared roof terrace. The apartment is equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable stay, appliances, kitchenware and bedding. Perfect for 2-4 people, but there is room for 6.
