The apartment has ski-in/ski-out with access to Åre's entire lift system, ski rental and shops as well as restaurants around the corner and just over 500 meters to the cross-country trails 1-15 km with illuminated trails 3 and 5 km. The bus to Åre is within walking distance. Balcony in the southwest, view of Åredalen/Åre Skutan. You need to bring your own sheets/pillowcases and towels, it is fine to wash during the week as we have a washing machine. The kitchen is well-equipped with most of what you need, as well as spices, flour, etc. We have an ironing board and iron.

When you are not cheering on your ski idol or participating in everything that happens around the World Cup, you can enjoy a quiet time around the campfire or warm your body in the jacuzzi or sauna. Inside the living room there are 2 large living rooms that invite social interaction. Large kitchen that is richly equipped.

Herbret and the sauna are a recreational experience! Herbret is located 80 meters from Lake Åresjön, 10 meters from the lake is the sauna, 200 meters is the ski slope vm8. Bus station 200 meters away that takes you to the town center. Otherwise, it is possible to walk about 1.3 km, about a 20-minute walk. Ski rental SkiStar about 500 meters. However, sheets are NOT included. Good to know, the train tracks are close, the sound of trains a few times a day. During your stay, the sauna can be rented out to groups by the host Fia, she will communicate it with the guest.
