Welcome to the top of Fagerlia, Meråker. This elegant residence is perfect for most people, whether you like hiking in the mountains,hunting, fishing, cross-country skiing, alpine skiing, Sweden trade or just relaxing in the couch nook. In winter time you are close to the ski lift, in the autumn on the border of the hunting terrain Kirkebyfjellet. 3 bedrooms downstairs, and a loft with sofa bed for 2 persons. One crib and one bunk bed with room for three, so in theory room for 9 adults and 1 small child. 2 bathrooms and sauna. Garage. Welcome!

High standard with unique options, floor heating and a hard to beat cozy factor that really gives it the cabin feel you want when you go to the mountains. Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walk of 100 meters to the ski slopes of Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åres lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find the restaurant, mini life and the ski bus into Åre (open during ski season). Newly renovated small cabin, in a small quiet cabin field. The cabin has a lovely view of the island water, where it offers trout, sea trout, char and salmon. Flytebrygge is just below the cabin. Bicycle trail right outside the cabin in summer, ski slope (occasionally) in winter. Great area for hiking, and hunting. One of Høylandet's finest beaches, Svortstranda is about 800m further away, popular with the children. Free access to shared sauna which is also close to the cabin. Canoe is included in rent

In winter you can put your skis on right outside the cabin and go for nice walks in both nature and in driven trails. Slalom is possible near by. In summer there are lots of hiking trails and possibilities for Mountain bike in Åre and cycling along facilitated trails in Storlien.
