Walking distance to Björnen where you will find the XC arena with fantastic ski tracks, downhill trails, climbing park, local restaurants and 24-hour grocery store. Walking distance to Copperhill Mountain Lodge for Spa, lunch or dinner.

Apartment week 6, next to Holiday Club, Åre

At Åresjön beach, next to the Holiday Club, is our apartment that can be rented week 6, Sun-Sun. The apartment is 91 m2 and is furnished with high standard with 2 bedrooms with each double bed as well as a sofa bed that is 130cm wide and a bed cabinet in the living room. The apartment seats 5-7 people in total. Fully-equipped kitchen, balcony, wireless wifi, 2 toilets, one with sauna and shower, washing machine. Drying cabinet in the entrance. Bed linen, towels, dishes and final cleaning are included.

Guesthouse by Åreskutan and Kallsjön

In a detached guesthouse of approx. 60sqm, on our farm, you can enjoy panoramic views of Åreskutan and Kallsjön. The flat has its own entrance, divided over two floors with entrance hall, shower room, exit to pool deck on the groundfloor. The upstairs studio has a kitchen with all mod cons, dining area, sleeping area with king size bed and extra single bed and a sitting area with sofas and wood burner. It's a light and airy space in very quiet, peaceful surroundings with nature on your doorstep.
