Beds and breakfast in an inviting old vicarage!

The accommodation has a nice atmosphere and is very pleasant, beautiful, unique and spacious as well as well-organized and practical. Five spacious rooms with up to 11 beds, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with washing machine, ski boot dryers, electric drying rack. Nicely located by the river and St Olavsleden/pilgrim trail, 30-minute drive to several mountain villages in Åre municipality. With nearby illuminated trails/cross-country ski trails and fishing waters. The entire accommodation is rented out and as a bed/breakfast (there is another listing with 5 places).

A well-lit bedroom features a spacious double bed with a soft green duvet. Two desk areas with chairs are positioned against the wall, ideal for working. Large windows allow natural light to enter, with long curtains offering privacy.

Welcome to our home in Kystad, Byåsen, west of Trondheim in a quiet residential area. From the property it is a 5 min walk to the bus that goes to the city center, St Olav's Hospital and/or NTNU Gløshaugen. Bus takes about 15-20 min to the city center. From the property it is also easy and quick to get out into the beautiful Bymarka with several hiking and swimming opportunities. 2.5 km to Granåsen ski resort (15-20 min walk). There are several grocery stores in the immediate vicinity and only ten minutes to drive to City Syd if you wish.

A spacious living area features large windows that allow natural light to illuminate the wooden walls. Comfortable seating arrangements include a sectional and armchair, complemented by a vibrant table cloth on a central table. A television is positioned on a cabinet in one corner.

The residence is located at the end of a dead end road. No through traffic and very quiet surroundings. Good sun conditions. The rooms are on the second floor of a detached house. En suite bathroom and living room. The host lives on the ground floor. Parking for cars on the property. Breakfast is included in the rental price.

Cozy room with simple breakfast

Good bed of 120 cm with room for 2, travel bed for baby can also be offered. This charming residence gives you easy access to popular shops and restaurants. Walking distance about 20 min to popular shopping center City Syd. Bus to Trondheim city center and city south stops quite close, and runs frequently. Close to nature, the city and Granåsen ski arena. 20/25 minutes by car to Vassfjellet alpine resort. Our cozy apartment is located on the 2nd floor.
