Welcome to the fisherman's residence on Holandsøya Gård. This historical house from 1919 has 11 beds in 7 rooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room with fireplace, TV lounge and a large kitchen. Enjoy the view of the river from the terrace, run around the large garden and enjoy a delicious meal by the barbecue hut. On rainy days, you can light a fire in the indoor fireplace and enjoy a refreshing drink - yes, we have an ice maker. With plenty of space inside and out, this is the perfect place for both the big family and the group of friends.

The property is in 5 acres and a large green area means that there is a lot of playground around the house, little shyness from neighbors and surrounding activities. The house is built in 1929 and is a charming house with a lot of space. Brekstad is only an hour by fast boat from Trondheim and Solvang is a 10 min walk from the fast boat dock. Ørland offers a lot of nature, bike trails, hiking trails and historical sights.

Welcome to our beautiful family home located just ten minutes from Scandinavia’s largest ski resort, Åre. We are in a rural setting, with fantastic open views of the landscape including river Indalsälven. We can offer you complete privacy and serenity. The house has a large open-plan combined kitchen/living area with high ceilings. Out the front, towards the river is an extensive deck with a beautiful view. Our wooden fire sauna is free for all guests to use but has to be booked in advance.
