The house is heated by wood level stoves. Wood is included and available. Forest nature bath nearby. Cozy atmosphere, books and comfortable armchairs so that you can really relax even in bad weather. Our holiday home is located 12 km south of the Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old, approximately 90 m2 house has been lovingly renovated by us and the character has largely been preserved. On the lower floor are a living room kitchen with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room, on the upper floor two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is located on the same property as our house, so we are available for any questions.

Quiet, very nice house/property near the Elbe.

Beautiful, enclosed and very quiet plot at the end of the small village. Beautiful view from the upper terrace on the Elbe landscape and the river Elbe. The Elbe is about 400m away. 200m away begins the nature reserve Alte Elbe Kathewitz. Large hedges to the neighbouring plots and a separate door to the Elbdamm. The house can accommodate up to 4 people. However, with an extra bed can also go up to 6 people. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

Calm loft in the heart of Leipzig

If you like it rather unconventional, this is the right place for you. The loft is located in a very quiet courtyard in a farm building from the turn of the last century. There are 2 workshops (no noise!) for design students in the private courtyard. The Airbnb is on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor are our private rooms and a studio. Here you will find a perfect retreat with a wide view of the greenery just 10 minutes from the city center.
