The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Ideal zum Entspannen nach Spaziergängen in der kalten Jahreszeit. Das Apartment befindet sich im 3. Stock und hat einen eigenen separaten Eingang. Die Vermieter wohnen im gleichen Haus. Zum Apartment gehört ein abgeschlossener Parkplatz. Fahrräder können auf dem Hof sicher abgestellt werden. Hippe Umgebung.

Da es nun auch schon kalt ist, wirst Du die Küchenhexe anheizen und es Dir gemütlich machen. Nach einer Führung über das Gelände unserer Gemeinschaft auf Schloss Gersdorf werden wir Dich inspiriert in Deinen Sitzsack sinken und über den Sinn des Lebens grübeln lassen!
