This cute little apartment is located in Freyburg, in the northernmost wine-growing region of Germany. It is also called the Tuscany of the North, which we have also dedicated to our apartment. With a lot of love and diligence, this apartment was completely renovated to highlight the medieval architectural style. Simply enjoy this apartment with integrated kitchen and bathroom, as well as this extraordinary landscape. Here is the starting point of your bike and canoe tours. The Elster-Park with its approx. 100,000 square meters of gross floor space, is Europe's largest industrial monument from the Gründerzeit [founders' period]. The bright loft with 97 square meters on a total of two levels with open living and dining area (facing northwest to Nonnenstraße) convinces with fantastic location and private boat dock. Netflix and Amazon Prime Video are available free of charge on the 55" UHD SmartTV. Leipzig's waterways can be explored for a small surcharge with your own 2-seater kayak.

"Haus An der Wiese" Parking, Garden & Terrace

The bright, Scandinavian-style cottage is located in Flöha, at the foot of the Ore Mountains, 15 minutes by car from Chemnitz, the Capital of Culture 2025 and 200 m next to a cycle path, which leads in both directions through a lot of nature to the surrounding towns. There is space for 4 people. The terrace overlooking the romantic garden invites you to have breakfast, barbecue and chill out. For storing/charging e-bikes or motorcycles, a garage is available by arrangement.

The houseboat Harmony is a houseboat. It is firmly located on the jetty has water, waste water and electricity. etc. It has 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a separate toilet. The living and dining areas are a stylishly decorated space with a three-sided glass front. From the living and dining areas you can access the terrace. Here you can enjoy your meals. On the roof terrace you can relax very well and unwind.

In a flexible ensemble of mobile and permanently installed solutions, 2 people can spend the night on board if required. Bed (200 x 160). Cooker, dishes and many extras included... On our raft, with solid forest floor under your feet, enjoy the view over the lake, hike, breathe in the forest air, go on bike tours, fish directly from the property or just switch off or play billiards outside with a view of the Silbersee, chat around the fire bowl.
