Just a 4-minute stroll to Narrow Neck beach, and we’re conveniently close to public transport, a great bakery and takeaways, Devonport village and The Officers Mess.

Welcome to our peaceful oasis near Howick Village. 5 mins walk to Mellons Bay beach. Enjoy your own private space in a modern and comfortable setting. Our place has a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a separate bathroom (no bath), lovely deck, modern kitchen with a 5-seater sofa and small dining table. You will have your own fridge/freezer, tea and coffee, toaster, Freeview TV, wi-fi, all self-contained so all your needs are catered for. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis.

Secluded sunny studio with off-street parking

The 35 square metre self-contained studio is private, elevated and peaceful with a sunny deck overlooking the garden and Eskdale Reserve's native bush. Both the studio and its carpark are out of sight and sound of the road down a long sloping ROW that is shared with the main house. NOT suitable for guests with restricted mobility because of the stairs from carpark to studio (see photos). Uncluttered. Suitable for cooking, working, relaxing. 10min walk to nearest shop and bus stops.

Rarawara

Rarawara has been our own private holiday hideaway. It is situated at the back of our lifestyle property on the banks of the upper Waitemata harbor. (Rarawaru inlet) It has 2 bunkrooms, each with 5 single bunkbeds. Bring ya sleeping bags. A games room, indoor outdoor kitchen and dining area and an outdoor bathroom and a long drop. Boatramp, Kayaks, paddle boards. You can launch the boat 2 hours either side of high tide. Perfect for a 2 family getaway! No parties.

Also offering tea and coffee facilities. Fantastic location. Close to Ellerslie Racecourse, Cornwall Park, Remuera Village, Newmarket shopping and many cafes and restaurants. Transport links close by include Greenlane Train Station, the Southern Motorway and several bus routes.
