Cabin holiday rentals in North Shore, Hauraki

We had a fabulous stay at Pinki’s cabin! The sunsets were AMAZING and the tranquility of the location something special. Great place from which to explore Karekare and piha as well as just relax on the deck. The cabin was perfectly set up for 2 people. Outdoor shower a real plus too. Only thing I would do differently next time would be to bring some mosquito coils and/or plug-in diffuser to help keep the bugs out of the cabin in the evening. And, if the weather is forecasted to be warm overnight, an electric fan. We would highly recommend Pinki’s place for your next stay!

This honestly has been my very best BnB experience. Stunning location, beautifully positioned, warm cozy accommodation, great outdoor area and incredible views. Hosts were like friends I’d not met before. They showed and detailed the area from a locals perspective. So tentative and genuine. I’ll definitely be returning…

I came here with my partner for our anniversary, it was the best getaway we've ever had! Juliana and Tom were fabulous hosts. Heart Whisper was beautiful, cozy, and unique! Would definitely recommend to other couples and hope to be back again soon ☺️

Tracey is such a lovely host and her B@B is beautifully presented with stunning rural views. Very private and has everything you need and more.Very comfortable bed and one of the best B@Bs we have stayed in. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Maybe one of the best views in the area, The location is really good. You don't really notice the road because you can't see it and it is below you. You are lined up with the public roadside overview, which also doesn't intrude on the space, it's private, but it means you have an amazing view. indoor outdoor living, I really liked it, but am used to cabin living. It's a bach, a bit quirky. You cook outdoors, which could be challenging if it were raining. Altogether I found it to be a very pleasant place.

A truly magical hideaway at Kereru Cabin, even with a wet and windy first day. The cabin is cosy and perfectly positioned with stunning views over Enclosure Bay. I swam, hiked, kayaked and even enjoyed a Sunday sauna just a short walk away. The space is beautifully set up for a peaceful solo retreat, with everything you need to unwind. The outdoor shower, BBQ, and thoughtful eco touches made it feel close to nature without compromising comfort. I’ll remember those views for a very long time. A big thank you to Sean and Charlotte – you’ve created something really special. Highly recommend!

Amazing place to stay. Close to Auckland yet a truly remote feel to the place and area. Being able to fully switch off from the outside world, listen to an amazing record collection was magical. Break that up with some local hiking, board games, the odd movie from the wall of DVD’s… we will definitely be back!

Carol is an accomodating and friendly host. The central location and tidy presentation makes this a great place stay. Will be back again.

The cabin was great for a single person, had all the facilities I needed and was within walking distance of transport and shops. Very quiet and peaceful, with a nice outlook from the garden area, and far enough away from the house not to be disturbed. I only slept there at night and didn't use the kitchen except for a cup of tea or a snack, but everything was there should you want to make something more substantial. There is heating and aircon as well. Karen was very responsive on the one occasion I contacted her, and house occupants were friendly with a wave and greeting the couple of times I saw them when leaving. I'd definitely recommend this property if you're looking for something quiet, clean and convenient in the area.

Fleetwood is one of a kind. This experience will nourish you in ever sense— breath taking beauty and pure tranquility. Jac’s—the mastermind and designer behind Fleetwood—has poured heart, care and thought into every aspect of the property, accommodations and guest experience. She is a true curator of art. The experience is like that of a luxury hotel with high quality natural and organic linens, towels, toiletries, etc—coupled with her decades of collecting beautiful art and her own immaculate photo work. I could go on but baseline is that if you are considering Fleetwood as a place to stay, you are definitely being called there for a reason! The host is magic as is every inch of the experience.

Bia and Brett provided us with a lovely stay. Proactive communication. It had everything we needed. Great price. Enjoyed a little sunset walk visiting the farm animals.

Had a great getaway here. Explored down to the secret waterfall which was awesome. Loved the simple cosy vibe of the space. Experienced the place during a storm - leading to us getting a little wet when running outside to the bathroom / kitchen. Overall would recommend!

This is a great place to stay if you like privacy and cleanliness. Responsive host and accommodation that matches the photos. I would recommend.
