Lovely little cottage with a view of the beach from the back garden. Weather was brilliant and there was a restaurant, a cafe, a pub, a fish and chip chops and a deli within walking distance. Would highly recommend.

Any less than 5* or a-maz-ing would be doing Jane and Crabapple Cottage a disservice. The neighbours were fabulous too. We had everything we could possibly want in the cottage and looong garden, and more, including the trampoline 😄 Jane was super responsive to questions I raised even when she was out with a friend and immediately set to finding a solution to our mini problem. Settees and bed were very comfortable and our dog was immediately relaxed in the property which was also really important to us. So many places to visit nearby and lots to do, we could have spent way more time there.

We had such a lovely stay. The accommodation is like a home from home, it’s really cosy with a lovely design and little touches. The photos of the garden on the listing don’t do it justice. It’s a large garden area which is fully secure, meaning we didn’t have to worry about our dogs escaping. We were welcomed with some fresh bread and shortbread and there were balls and bowls for the dogs. The location is great for exploring Whitby, Robins hood bay etc. We got some meat from the local butchers and it was delicious! Would recommend going there too. We would love to stay here again! We didn’t want to leave.

A perfect girls’ weekend getaway! We stayed at this lovely cottage for a relaxing girls’ weekend and couldn’t have asked for more. The property is beautifully presented and had absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, perfect for cooking together, and the lounge and snug areas were cosy and comfortable for long chats and relaxing evenings. The beds were super comfy, and there was plenty of bathroom space for all of us. Just a 5-minute drive from charming Helmsley, the location was ideal. Lovely welcome gift was left for our arrival – thank you Helen. We would highly recommend this cottage and hope to return again soon!

Idyllic four nights in The Shed. Nicola has the property resourced brilliantly and it was easy to feel at home with all the practical information she provided. The location is tranquil-days were spent enjoying the enclosed garden. The property is a nearby drive to a lovely village and market towns or you can venture further to Whitby or Scarborough. Thoroughly enjoyed our temporary home.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We really appreciated the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The jacuzzi was lovely! The hosts were great at providing us with all the information we needed for a stress free check in/out and a perfect stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a mini break. Peacocks were a lovely surprise seeing them walk around the estate. Thanks again! We’ve just got home from a wonderful stay at Tom & Jo’s beautiful cottage. We received a lovely welcome with fresh eggs, bread, cookies, butter and milk, which were all lovely, they’d even put up birthday bunting as we were away celebrating my husband’s birthday, and a welcome message: a lovely extra special touch. The cottage has been beautifully done, it’s got everything you need, a comfy bed, large, fluffy towels and bathrobes. It was lovely seeing and hearing the horses go by the cottage each morning, it’s a great town and so much to do in the surrounding area, we will be coming back to spend more time here. We had a lovely meal at the Tack Room which is a 2 minute walk, and another lovely meal at the Wensleydale Heifer. All in all we’ve had a fabulous weekend!! Thank you. PS; a footstool would be great to put your feet up, when sitting on the lovely sofa, after a days walking ;)

Beautiful little hidden gem! A perfect stay whilst we attended a wedding at Middleton Lodge. The flat was well equipped, bed was super comfy and the towels were large and fluffy! I would deffinatley reccomend to others 😃😃. Thank you Fiona!

Great place to stay. Fantastic location - very close to centre of town, just yards away from the Market Square. Accommodation was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. My stay there could not have been more enjoyable.

A beautifully appointed, stylish downstairs flat with exceptionally tasteful decor and fittings all to a very high standard. A luxurious kitchen with everything provided including complimentary teas and coffee as well as milk in the fridge which was very much appreciated and a good range of quality kitchen appliances and crockery. Excellent host who communicated perfectly and provided clear instructions about the facilities available. We definitely have this on our list for a return visit sometime and have already recommended it to friends and family.

Lovely clean quiet space with well thought out amenities .. if you want a night in full kitchen utensils provided. King size bed ( a must for me) and a bath which again I love after a days walking. Walking distance to butchers, greengrocers and 24hr Morrisons along with great pubs . Recommend the triple cooked chips in the Green Dragon!

Garden Apartment was an oasis in the middle of old Scarborough town Everything exceeded expectations and we made good use of the private garden which was amazing Both were good hosts and very friendly

Found the place quite easily, the place was spotlessly clean and a lovely little hideaway, cant fault the rooms, bathroom was lovely, couldn’t initially get onto the drive as the FIL parked over, once on the drive difficult if you are in a big vehicle to reverse out with cars parked opposite behind, so parked back on the road, unfortunately there was a concrete post at an angle hidden in the grass, i opened my door onto it denting it quite badly, shame we wasn’t made aware of this, i removed the yellow post Two real gripes, the heating situation only having two hours at a time is not good, it was cold nights when we visited, so when we went out for the night we came back to a very cold room, for the money paid, heating should be controlled by the guest or at least 4/5 hours on time Struggled to get a phone signal as in a valley, so resorted to Wi-Fi which was awful, it was that slow i could not update my iPhone, so be aware of this if you want contact with the outside world

Rebecca’s flat is absolutely fantastic. It has everything you need for a short stay in Scarborough. Ideally located within h walking distance of the attractions, it felt like a home. Definitely recommend and would return if going to the area again. Parking is easy too.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay , Ray very welcoming and helpful then left you alone to enjoy your stay , everything you needed and safe enclosure for my dog , very good butchers in the village lovely walking and Cod and Lobster in Staithes highly recommend , all in all very enjoyable very quiet , private and peaceful would definitely revisit and recommend

Stayed overnight whilst in Scarborough for a concert at SCOAT. Five minutes stroll, perfect. Beautiful basement flat. Clean and cosy. Keith was a perfect host and I would recommend his Airbnb 100% Thank you for having us 🌞

We enjoyed our stay in Sophie’s place. The accommodation was spacious and very comfortable. It was also well situated for exploring the delightful city of Ripon and the surrounding area.

Highly recommended. We’ll certainly book again when visiting Malton.

Perfection!! Clive's place is a wonderful place to stay. Clive and Julie are great hosts, friendly, helpful, accommodating and very welcoming. The welcome 'goodies' were very appreciated and tasty. The unit is very tastefully decorated and well appointed, the bed is super comfy and the shower is large with good water pressure. The outdoor area is a real delight, we sat and watched the ducks, the other birds (saw kingfishers!) and the squirrels. We had everything we needed for a happy, memorable stay. There are lots of walks in the area, plus a number of interesting things to see and do. It's an easy train ride to York, Harrogate and Leeds and the station is a short walk from the unit. There are a lot of pubs and cafes within easy walk - The Half Moon pub does delicious pizza! Overall, we very highly recommend Clive's unit and would return often if we could.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shambles Secret. Jenny proved to be a first class host, who went above and beyond to make her guests happy; we cannot thank her enough. The flat was exactly as depicted in the pictures, lovely and cosy and a real home from home. We slept really well, and although the flat is right in the centre of York, it was remarkably quiet. We enjoyed our time in the flat as much as we did sightseeing in fabulous York. Shambles Secret really is right where you want to be, EVERYTHING was within walking distance. John and Lindsay were perfect hosts, friendly and approachable. The annex was as described and more as the facilities offered exceeded expectations. The welcome pack was a lovely bonus. Great location to walk from on Cinder track or Cleveland Way. Good public transport links and good pubs in the village and nearby.

Fabulous place to stay. Calm, peaceful and a beautiful view of the sea. I stayed with my husband and two children and we loved it. Lovely walk to pub down the road and only a short drive to Scarborough, Robin hoods bay and Whitby. Would definitely like to visit again!
