Disconnect from the busy … retreat beneath the canopy of an ancient woodland and soak up the views and surrounding nature. It’s not perfect. Nothing is. But luxury detailing alongside your own hot tub, hammock, sauna, indoor and outdoor showers and sun terrace is a clear nod in the right direction - all within a short walk of the friendly local pub! Short drive from the local shops and Burton Dassett Country Park Easily accessible from the M40. Close to the Cotswolds, Warwick and Stratford.

Built in 1634, the Barn is on the edge of a village 5m from Market Harborough in Leicestershire. Converted in 2017, it's on our property but separate from it. Light and airy, it's one room/open plan downstairs, with areas for cooking, dining and relaxing. French doors lead out onto a pretty courtyard garden, with stone steps up to a raised area, where you can watch the sunset over the fields. Upstairs there's a well-equipped bedroom and bathroom with far reaching views over the countryside.

Welcome to our home! The annexe has been converted and designed for your comfort and enjoyment. It is self contained and has private access and off road parking. We are located in a rural village with good pubs and walks on the doorstep. Kislingbury is conveniently located with good road and rail transport links. The annexe is ideal for couples and solo travellers. Please do note as the pictures show the annexe is a converted attic, so the ceiling height decreases at the edges of the rooms.

It is accessed by hard farm tracks with electric field gates via Park Farm.

We are confident that our small yet mighty space will meet your needs offering a comfy double bed, shower room, snuggly sofa and a fully fitted kitchen and inspire you on what can be created in a small space. Our cosy space is a renovated garage situated next to our house but you will have your own private entrance and lock safe. Parking is also available. Dogs are very welcome but please add them onto the booking as there is a charge .

Brixworth has a long tradition of shoemaking. Cobblers Cottage was where shoes would have been made by homeworkers. The property has its own private balcony with far reaching countryside views. Situated in a colourful garden the cottage has its own access. The prize winning cook/owner provides a superb breakfast which is included. Dinner is available on request. Cobblers is located in an historic part of the village, within walking distance of shops and recreation facilities.
