'The Barn' - Spacious barn in pretty canal village

Enjoy the lovely setting of this edge of village location, very close to the Grand Union Canal in the picturesque village of Braunston. Come and see what makes this part of Northamptonshire so special! Fabulous country dog walks along the canal towpath from the end of the drive. Just a short walk from several village and canalside pub restaurants. The village has a general store and post office, and an award winning butchers. Our comfortable barn is the perfect base to explore the area.

Pea Cottage - A beautiful countryside retreat

Pea Cottage is a secretive, luxury cottage full of surprises. You're getting more than just a gorgeous place to hang out; the host has lined up a thoughtful selection of extras to make the most of your romantic break. These include a Prosecco Treasure Hunt, use of a tandem, an old fashioned record player, homemade "Scrum-Pea Cider", a choice of two walks and three hand-picked pubs to enjoy a memorable meal. Pea Cottage is 5 miles from Stamford, one of the prettiest market towns in the country.

Built in 1634, the Barn is on the edge of a village 5m from Market Harborough in Leicestershire. Converted in 2017, it's on our property but separate from it. Light and airy, it's one room/open plan downstairs, with areas for cooking, dining and relaxing. French doors lead out onto a pretty courtyard garden, with stone steps up to a raised area, where you can watch the sunset over the fields. Upstairs there's a well-equipped bedroom and bathroom with far reaching views over the countryside.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot located on a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border with rural views and great walks around the farm. We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House, Diddly Squat (30 minutes). Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

Castle Folly- Unique castle experience for two

This cute 200 year old castle folly with a hot tub was restored with help from BBC’s ‘My Unique B&B' to give you a romantic experience in a beautiful rural setting. Medieval themed features include panelled walls, skylight above the bed, and a knight! Facilities include shower, TV, fridge freezer, heating, hob and outside seating. Large hot tub with a beautiful view available for an additional charge. Substantial breakfast pack provided. With a village pub close by what’s not to love?

Hare's Folly is an off-grid eco Log House, it is one of two (Owls Rest) quiet and idyllic self catering holiday accommodation situated on our 250 acre Farm Estate which sits on the banks of Sulby Reservoir in the heart of the Great British countryside. Enjoy picturesque views, beautiful sunsets and an abundance of Wildlife from the Hot Tub and sauna. This log houses and its Hot Tub and sauna are totally private. It is accessed by hard farm tracks with electric field gates via Park Farm.

Luxury apartment with outstanding views

We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. Badgers Croft is a pretty stone built cottage set apart from the main house. It comes complete with off road parking, its own seated gravelled area and private fern garden. The self contained cottage comprises of a bathroom, kitchen and lounge area to seat four people comfortably and a log burning stove to keep you cosy at night. A bedroom with double bed and also a mezzanine area that can sleep a further two people who can sleep looking out at the stars above through the roof light.
